La limpieza, piscina y el trato del personal, en concreto de la recepción.
Nos atendió un chico joven de ojos claros, encantador. Buen fichaje!.
Para la calidad del hotel, se debería de poner en el baño plato de ducha en vez de bañera, que se veía q estaba muy usada.
No me gusto que algunos huéspedes extranjeros estaban molestando en la piscina y no se les llamara la atención desde los responsables del hotel.
A mejorar una piscina mas grande cubierta. Pero en general, el hotel ha superado las expectativas del viaje.

L'hôtel est bien situé, au calme par rapport au centre mais proche de tout ( magasins, plage +/_ 1km, restaurants...). Le personnel est disponible. Petit bémol, l'eau de la piscine est très froide.

The location was perfect, near the beach, near the shops and restaurants. It is in a nice quiet area. The ladies and Gentleman from Barcelona in Reception could not have been more helpful.

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant. Great customer care overall, very hardworking staff, always ready to assist (10/10). Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast and dinner with high level of attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to train station and the beach.
Would definitely stay again next time in Salou. Highly recommended.

Great location, nice friendly staff in the restaurant. Excellent food. Comfortable clean rooms.
People reserving sun beds and not utilising them for hours. The hotel clearly states they are against this but it’s unfortunate that people find it too difficult.

The hotel was very clean. Lovely big room. Friendly staff. Lovely clean pool. Restaurant was lovely. We only had breakfast - lots of selection. Great location.

The food of the restaurant, the staff members, all the activities that they organize during the day/night for kids and adults: live music, perfomances, etc. The room was clean & cosy and the location is also great🤗

The location was great as it was near Port Aventura park
Everything else... the room was noisy at night, the buffet didn't have any variety at all and not really tasty for the price we paid. Although we paid the full board, we had to pay for every drink during buffet (water, soda, beer...) as they were not included at all.
