maybe the shower head that was about it it kept falling off. apart from this bravo. loved how close it was to the beautiful beach and shops two supermarkets very close by.

Nice location and environment.

The host was dishonest. The bathroom very small and the toilet did not splash very well.

No breakfast offered. The room was clean and tidy

No one was up when I arrived as it was during the night so I had to wake her up

The owner welcomed us just after the midnight because our plane landed quite late. That was really nice. The location was perfect, 5 min walk to the center of Kardemana and less then 10 min to the beach. We had two good size balconies, great for having breakfast and drying wet clothes.

When we arrived the owner offered us a studio instead of 1 bedroom apartment, which I had booked. That's what she does regularly, taking overbooking for 1 bedrooms and moving people around then. I heard the some excuses towards different guest a few times during my 10 days stay. No fair at all. We were squished in a small room for 2 days. Nothing was ready for us; dirty bathroom, oven, even the kettle. ect. Then we moved to 1 bedroom, slightly better because I asked the owner to clean it properly for us but we still had 2 plates, 2 forks ect. for 3 people! Just one socket in the kitchen for oven, kettle and sandwich maker. In addition we paid 5 Euro per day for the air- conditioning. She asked for additional charges for city tax and safety box, which should be included in the price. I refused to paid and ask booking.com to clarify the situation. (She shouldn't charge for that.) Generally the rooms were updated. A bit of common sense could help, like fixing the creaky beds and the shower head, better equipped kitchen otherwise difficult to cook even simple. The good quality cleaning, is a must!

Very unclean, smells, and they charge you more for air conditioning for example

The location was walkable from the centre and beach.

1. The owner wasnt aware that there was a booking although booked one month in advance. 2. The hostess finally found our booking and gave us the room. As we entered we could see the room was not cleaned and they said it has been cleaned fully that morning. We saw dried urine on the toilet seat and toilet had strong smell of urine. There were also lot of hair on the bedsheet. When we pointed this out , theycame and cleaned the toilet and but sheets remained unchanged. 3. The accomodation was not as described. The owner is a greedy lady who wants to loot money from the guests. She insisited that we pay 10 Euro per day to use the safety locker and 5 Euro per day for air conditioner in the room we booked. I understand from the description that we have to pay for air condition locally , however locker was inclusive. When we told her about this she pretended as if it was booking.com's fault. Also it says all rooms have " mountain and sea view". The is no view at all as the apartment view is not any where near the sea or mountain. 4. There were cockroach in the kitchen. Poor hygeine. 5. The apartment had option to pay by cash or card. We opted for card payment and the owner Stella was not happy. She kept insisiting we pay cash and they dont take card payment which was a lie. Unfortunately no reciepts given. We then had to show her the confirmation email which clearly states card payment is accepted. She then unwillingly accepted card payment and was angry at us. 6. We booked a 3 bed apartment for 2 people. The owner was claiming that she gave a 3 rd bed free!!!! Please read reviews in all languages also before booking. I made a big mistake by just looking review in English. Will never recommend the place...stay away from Stergia and the greedy owner!
