Hotel is a bit "tired" overall in areas such as flooring and bathroom but room rates are reasonable.

Authentic old Italian villa surrounded by small and lovely villages. Easy to reach everywhere and there is even free parking ! The jewel of this crown is the owner Marco who is simply a super host but even better , a super sweet person : )

Really beautiful villa, we liked it a lot, it really is something else and it definitely has a special charm. The garden is also very beautiful. The room was small, but nice, everything as advertised. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Especially the staff are all really nice, helpful and easy-going. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and it takes around 30 minutes to get to Venice. I definitely recommend this place!

Staff was amazing helped us a ton . Showed us. Alot of fun things to do around in town . And they were just all very friendly and i would recomend this accomodation. And also the history of the villa was very interesting👍🏻

beautiful location - great feeling of history and an earlier period. very friendly staff. lovely to stay just outside of Venice with easy parking and a lovely garden. just about 30 minutes (scenic route) from the airport and apparently 30 minutes by boat to Venice.

The breakfast was adequate, mostly a lot of packaged foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful made us feel very welcome.

The flower arrangements were faded and needed replacement and some of the rugs and finishes were a little too worn but it didn’t detract from the overall ambience very much. We’d like this old hotel

The villa and its grounds is a historical building representing an era of history that characterises the culture of the region as we know it today. One appreciates the authentic aged architecture of the actual building and decor equally maintained in line; it is obviously no light task to maintain such grounds and buildings. In spite of the antiquity, the rooms are very well furnished and serviced with very chic marble floors and tiling in bathrooms, endless towels and brilliant bedding. The staff are so courteous and helpful and their care for COVID measures even at the level of a breakfast spread and how the food is presented to guests, provides reassurance for safety. Beautifully situated hotel not far from Venice. We felt welcome from the very beginning, very nice atmosphere, peace and quiet, clean and comfortable room. Dog friendly place.

A wonderful 19th century villa....

The owner was brilliant and the service likewise. Would definantly come back!

The building is very beautiful, but a lot is outdated, the furniture is broken, the baseboards fall off the walls. When we arrived at the hotel, it was 30 degrees outside, in the small villa, which is in the hotel territory, the radiators were turned on! It was good that the air conditioner took 3 hours to cool the room and go to bed. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast was awful. Plastic mountains. Practically everything was in plasma packs - cookies, croissants, sausages, cheese, boiled eggs were not fresh, coffee was not drinkable. I would advise not to spend money on breakfast, because you will also have to eat it elsewhere.
