De ligging is ok , de kamer en parking ook . Het ontbijt is prima.
We zijn hier al een paar keer geweest en alles was tot nu toe in orde. Jammer dus dat een dame van het personeel het nodig vond om zeer kwaad te reageren toen mijn man het nummer van de kamer niet wist!! Vriendelijk personeel doet wonderen!!!!

Staff were very helpful and professional, room was very clean
Although there were some reasonable places to eat nearby it was very americanised with fast food and buffet style restaurants so it was a bit limited as we were staying for almost two weeks.

Parking was secure with a keypad and gate in the parking. I guess this is to deter any drunks who go for a late night Burger King which is next door.
Staff very helpful.
Was a bit wary when booking about the quietness of the hotel, but these were assuaged. They did a clever thing in the room with a double door and despite being the room next to the road, it was super quiet.

Location was perfect for what we needed to do, but is some way out of the centre. Pleasant helpful staff. Ease of access. Kettle in the room. Free parking.
Additional charge of €10 a day for room cleaning and towel change. Charge for additional coffee sachets.

Our room was very clean. It was cleaned every day with fresh new towels. The breakfast was very good. The front of the hotel was very nice, tastefully decorated. It looked new. The room facilities were basic but clean. If you want a good location and a good breakfast and somewhere to just rest your head this is great! The staff were very nice and very helpful. It was 8 minutes to the centre of Bergerac. 10mins to the airport.

Wrongfully addressed, difficult to find entrance to the hotel.(Not a good start)
Had I known it was part of the Campanile group I would have cancelled.
Very dangerous hand rail leading to upstairs rooms. Timber handrail was crumbling.

No milk for tea/coffee. In the middle of a busy business/commercial area. Restaurant not open. Building work going on.

Hotel being re furnished, our room was Newley decorated also with a new bathroom.

The hotel is going to be modernised and work is ongoing.
In my room the bath was damaged and the basin would not empty which meant I had to scoop the water out of the basin into the bath.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very handy for both the city and the airport, only a short journey from each. Several restaurants are nearby within walking distance.
I would point out that, if you have a problem with stairs I would ask for a ground floor room. The access to the upper rooms (we had No. 42) is via a concrete spiral staircase, with a wooden handrail which badly needs replacing.
