The room was nice and clean, pretty good location.

We arrived at around 9pm, there was noone to welcome us. We knew about it and it's OK. However there was no remote for the air conditioner, contacted the person on duty but couldn't get it until next morning. It was ridiculous in summer. Then there was a metal shelf in the shower, badly placed. I hit my head once, my husband twice, he even got a small wound on his forehead because of it. At the end when checking out we could not pay the Euro price that was booked on Bookings.com. We could pay in HUF or apparent equivalent in Euros. We paid about 20-25 Euros more because they don't have a Euro bank account set up.

Pool water too cool, parking place not granted

The hotel and the room was very clean. The facilities were excellent. The Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room were clean and great to use. The hotel is located at a quiet street, however it is uphill climb but still not much effort.

There is no coffee/tea packets in the room provided by the hotel. There was almost no staff at the hotel, basically no room service - we wanted some coffee but no one picked up at reception and when we checked the reception, there was no one there and upon calling a number, they said that there is no coffee or salt when we need it. Also the lighting in the room was poor, basically 2 bed side lamp and 1 large lamp; there was 1 large light stand but it was not workimg.

The person we spoke to on the phone helped with directions in perfect English and a glass of Prosecco went down so well , we had a beautiful shower in room
