Great location and big, spacious room. Staff were helpful in arranging transportation for a day trip to Franciacorta. Good breakfast selection (great croissants!)

Unfortunately very noisy as we were on the first floor and both windows opened straight on the road and people could see into the room. Bathroom felt a bit clinical, and the room didn’t have a welcoming and warm feeling, even though it was very spacious.

Perfect small hotel in the centre of the old town. Spacious and comfortable room and very tastefully decorated. Very good quality breakfast provided and helpful and friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. Highly recommended for a stay in Bergamo.

Hot water was not always available for a shower and hand washing. Loud noise from rushing water when rooms above flushed or showered. The lift was out of order

Its very stylish and cozy hotel in the very heart of old Bergamo , just a few metes from the main square. we had a big family room which was great and cozy, the breakfast was super fresh and tasty and the personal is very warm , helpful and friendly. we’ll come back.

The Hotel design - the clean, modern, comfortable, spacious room - the central location in historic centre

Access by car is somewhat challenging due to historic location, despite best efforts to mitigate this by hotel. In-room breakfast was very nicely presented, but lacked substance.

What a nice boutique hotel in perfect location in the Cittá Alta of Bergamo! If you arrive by air like I did, I warmly recommend taking bus number 1 from Bergamo airport which arrives after 30 minutes at the old town entry, after that an easy 10-minute walk to the hotel. Such old towns are not meant for cars, but there are parkings. After check-in and instructions from friendly Marta, I was happy to find a spacious, cosy room with a good bed, minibar and fine bathroom. This is not the cheapest hotel in Bergamo, but you pay for quality. In the morning, I enjoyed a very decent breakfast before walking to the bus stop. I will come back.

Only compliant is that my room was close to the elevator and I could hear it.

Staff was exceptional especially Jasmine who went above & beyond assisting us pre our stay.
