The breakfast was very delicious, especially I very liked the coconut cakes and the eggs. The room was very clean, there was cleaning everyday. The hotel was not in the city center but it has a good connection to it by buses or underground. We really liked the streets and restaurants around the hotel. Real Portugese restaurants, not so many tourists. The bed was comfortable.

If we leave the terrace door open, it was a bit noisy in the morning.

There’s no option for sleeping in, when the ladies want to clean they keep knocking until you exit. Water isn’t the room would’ve been nice and the aircon didn’t really work well. The water disappeared while we were there, it came back but only on extreme heat.

I was not made to feel welcome. It was a tough day with the train strikes and cancelled trains. I had to stay another night and chose this hotel with an offer. No information pack in room. Couldn't get the phone to work. No coffee. Loose tap in bathroom. Reception more elusive than the Scarlett Pimpernel. Little things need more attention and care.

Small cozy room with a tiny balcony. Good shower, comfy bed. Variety of dishes for a breakfast was pretty well. Location is superb! Probably, you can't find better.

The room I booked (deluxe one) was suggested to me only when I refused to take the first option as it was a class below. I didn't get why they wanted me to move there. Breakfast coffee is super disgusting. Guys, you just can's serve that bad coffee in the coffee lovers country :)

The room was clean, but you see touch of time on it, balcony wasn't that clean. Breakfast was decent, but the variety of products havent changed during the week at all.

Excellent guest services from the front office staff and manager. I will be back!

The WiFi kept hanging and there was no drinking water provided in the room, I had to get my own.

Quiet and nice surrounding, Metro is pretty close in walking distance. Also the University of Lisboa is in walking distance, so a pretty nice place. I had a good room in the pre-last floor and with a balcony. Note the a bit overpriced bakery on the opposite of the hotel, it is ecxcellent (I am very critical) but also prices are not local, but quality is fabulous - don´t take breakfast in the hotel but chose some close place... I asked for an iron and got it immediately, very, very friendly and welcoming staff, english was also good... as always, the electricity stops once you leave the room, so the fridge is better to plug out when you are in the room, it is a bit loud, but good for storing some stock and beer in it.

Ok, the single bed was a bit small, but I am heavy, so I could not fall out of it ;-). The locker for cloths is a bit hidden in a corner, but fine, for some days and staying alone is fine. The breakfast was fresh but very limited choice, nice coffees are around... I am used to stairs, I could not find the ground floor exit but I am sure there must be one ;-)

10 minutes from train station..40 min walk from sporting Lisbon football pitch. Metros near by. Cafes etc round about. Staff friendly buffet breakfast. Rooms clean and modern.

Nothing negative to say.however be careful if your a non resident you pay 2 euros each extra stay. So if your a resident show your card as ID Tea urns could have been warmer . But that's a minor.
