Excllent location & pleasant & efficient staff.

The Bathrooms were not great. The old fittings must be changed for an efficient clean bath room.

We like the lobby area and the size of the room. Elevator & dining was also good. Food was very tasty, but expensive. Could have included more options for the breakfast.

Washroom size was quite small. Moreover the housekeeping was not changing the soaps as we stayed there for 4 nights. We used the same small soap which they provided us with the very first day, thank God we took another of our extra soap. If we told them they would've certainly changed it, but it should be changed often without saying. Other thing is the sheets & pillow covers were not washed, I saw kumkum on one of the bed sheets, so we didn't use it. AC took long time to make the room cool. Mini Fridge had a pungent smell and was not clean.

How to treat employees with respect. A customer-first customer service attitude.

There were several deficiencies in equipment. (Toilet installation is slanted, hot water does not flow in the bathtub)

Central AC doesn't cool the room properly We have to keep on reminding the reception to increase the coolness

Staff were exceptional and we really appreciated the opportunities given to differently abled people

Staff and service was good. The rooms are maintained in a clean condition. Food at the both the restaurants was good.

The hotel and rooms require renovation.

This is the most underrated hotel..we did a last minute booking from airport as no other hotels were available and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise...had a peaceful meal and a good sleep in the hotel..though the room was a bit old it had it's own cuteness to it..the staffs were very helpful especially Mr Pandurangan. Location is little bit tricky from the main road, but its walkable distance.. this hotel will definitely be in our preferred hotel list along with Marriott and ITC..

The wash room is old style and small but is ok...In the restaurant buffet, manpower could be increased as the available manpower faces difficulties in managing the demands by guests ..buffet could be improved.
