Excelent location, close to the sea.

The pool was great, one side is great for children the other is deep, the water was always clean and pleasantly warm. the place is close to several beaches, Chania downtown, cafe, restaurant, and the shop is within walking distance. The apartments are well isolated, no noise, from outside, or the other apartments could be heard. AC worked perfectly, the kitchen was amazing. Absolutely worth the money for the value. The main road is away so no traffic noise, scooters, music could disturb you, and you have a beautiful view to the sea, which is rare so close to the town.

Chania Airport is rather close, therefore, some passenger planes, even military F16-s were passing by from time to time, but only during the day, and I did not find it disturbing, rather interesting, that "wow something happened today...", even the sleeping cats did not care too much, as they only half-opened one of their eyes perhaps..." :D

The swimming pool and the nearby Kalathas beach. The fact that they change the towels and bed sheets during 1 week stay is a nice bonus.

The beds were awfully hard and definitely require an update. After one week’s stay feel stiff like old horse. 🤣 Also the noise from the nearby Chania airport was definitely disturbing until you get used to it, as during the summer it is a very busy airport, also during the night, and the planes are taking off directly over the property.

We only stayed for one night as we were catching a flight the next day. The whole experience was superb. The room and facilities went way beyond what we expected. There was some beer, wine and soft drinks in the fridge and nuts, raki and sweets too! There was plenty of coffee and tea in the room as well. For anyone staying for a while, there were loads of little extras, like a sandwich toaster and even a high quality insulated bag for taking cold drinks to the pool or beach. There was nothing anyone could ever want for. The pool area was impressive (although too chilly for us to use at the start of November). We would certainly stay here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, to be honest. It ticked all the boxes (and a few more)

It very small & quite facility, only 6 apartments. it has a great views & very nice pool. Michalis and his wife do their best to make you feel at home.

it's a bit far from Chania, so hard to reach if you don't have a car (we had :-)
