Nice swimming pool and easy access to the beach. Friendly staff - and very attentive to repairs when pointed out. Very efficient service for food and drinks. Excellent massage at the Spa.

Our room facing the beach was nice - but it wasn’t a ‘bungalow’ as that word implies something more than just one room. Not a big issue as it was still very nice. Would be good to have a fan in the room. Breakfast cappuccino was very bitter. We wondered if the coffee beans were a bit old? The filter coffee was better.

The location (about the Northern tip of Ngapali beach), the easy access to the sea (just a few steps from the bedroom door), the restaurant (tasty local and international food, located on a roofed terrace with a view dominating the whole beach), the room (offering all one may need, including access to a free and very good wifi), the staff (always smiling and very willing to assist).

The room was great, the staff really accommodating. The facilities are well maintained and the location is great in the middle of the street near other restaurants and hotels, plus great access to the beach. The bar and food where really 👍🏼

The only bad thing was the wifi, it was really bad... Only stable for about 20-30min.

It would be hard to describe just how exceptionally friendly and welcoming the staff were at Bay View. This is a wonderful place! Very clean, modern, well-designed rooms. The attention to detail for each individual customer was amazing. They somehow managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive, which is a huge plus in my book. The chef in the restaurant was incredible and very willing to adapt the menu to provide us with vegan options - and he did it with great flair! Hats off to the resident manager as well. He went above and beyond to make our stay at Bay View the best ever (we extended our stay twice because we loved it so much!)

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The level of communication between all staff was incredible, which meant there was never any confusion about the services being provided. Quite perfect!
