Facilities were excellent, everything you could need. Amazing private beach access. The best part about this hotel is the staff, they really make the experience perfect for the guests. So welcoming and warm and will always be sure to help out any guest requests.

I can say about two biggest advantages of this hotel - the staff and the view. Kas itself is a quite quiet place, so our souls were really resting from people. The view from the room is amazing, I have never had such a beautiful view anywhere in a hotel I stayed. Service of the hotel is really nice, espesially the staff, they are always very welcoming. Nonetheless they can find common language even without good english, they are always very helpful, friendly and kind, like all our problems are their problems as well. They arranges a good transfer from the airport and helped us to chat with another driver who had to take us from Antalya. Breakfast is very, very delicious, it consists of some traditional turkish dishes which are freshly baked and amazingly tasty, in addition to fresh orange juice, turkish tea or coffee. An evening restaurant is a little bit overpriced, the waiter there wasn't very welcoming, but thats not very important. Their private beach is not crowded, water is quite deep and rocky, but it was perfect for swimming with a diving mask and chilling in a comfy beach bed with a couple of non-alcoholic cocktails, which were not in the menu, but barmen could make them anyway, I appreciate that a lot.

We had a small accident with an expired beer in a minibar for 1 month, that was not very good, but the receptionist dealed with it in the midnight, asked if we need a medical investigation, brought us some new beer and they gave us a discount due to these inconviniences.

Perfect place. Overwhelming view from the balcony and the beach. Beach bar and restaurant are wonderful. And the most wonderful is water in the sea. The cleanest I ever seen.

Great beach part, really great. Areas to get sunbaths, areas with shadows, various entries to the water. Platform at the sea. Bar is not the best part of the facility, but you can't find a good espresso in Kas area. Nice balcony and view to a sea, good and clean bathroom. Stuff is always nice. Good beach towels are available upon request.

Breakfast probably can be better for amount money we paid, but can't compare with other hotels in the area. Did not like the smell at the stairs, looks like that smoking allowed in some rooms and that gives the smell of cheap hotels in 90s. But no bad smell in the room.

super friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet area with a wonderful beach and pool area. we loved the smell from the garden so much!

Amazing location, wonderful staff, delicious food and a picturesque hotel just a short taxi from Kas. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, and the private beach is a slice of paradise. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Gorgeous location - the private beach, view and pool are amazing. Would recommend to anyone.
