Accueil fort sympathique dès notre arrivée de " Nathalie", qui nous a aussitôt proposé une chambre rez de chaussée, avec balcon ,ou ma copine a pu fumer, et sur lequel nous avons pris le petit déjeuner.
Chambre très propre, simple, mais essentielle dans nos besoins.
Le ++ : l'hôtel face à la plage!! Trop bien . 👍👍
Rien.... sinon le parking à payer sur 2 jours, mais comme dans tout Palavas..

Super freundliche Besitzerin die sich wirklich sehr bemüht hat, sich mit uns zu verständigen. Zimmer sehr sauber und eine sehr schöne Aussicht.
Empfang völlig unkompliziert obwohl wir erst 30 Minuten vor Ankunft gebucht hatten.
Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön.

Pour 235 euros la nuit en chambre familiale, on peut s'attendre à mieux en termes d'équipements dans la chambre, la taille du lit 2 places est en 140, pas de bouilloire ni gobelets ou verres.

Location, location.
The property charged us late check-out charges, despite agreeing to 30 mins late check-out. Firstly, they did not inform us about the extra charge. After few days when I discovered about the charge to my card, then they lied that we checked out at 12 pm. I hope they can check their security cameras at the reception to see the time we left.
Pls. be very careful with sharing your credit card details with this property and do check what they might charge you after check'out.

It was October and no heater in the room and the heater in the bathroom did not work. I was cold.

Natalie is an awesome host which really makes the day as soon as you enter; some free parking spots; location just next to the beach, some coffees around - is a good base to explore Palavas village and beaches and also to visit Montpellier

Close to beach. Safe bike storage for an extra 6 euro.
Not particularly clean. Not very comfortable. Very expensive for what it was. Room felt like a youth hostel room. Sticky all over.

the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. the lady on the front desk was lovely, welcoming, polite, she was perfect!

This hotel is just across the street from the beach, and a short walk to the centre of Palavas. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. The room is quiet (once you close the window), and I got a very good rest after a long journey.

Near the beach.
No elevator, no pool, had to walk 30 mins (with a 7 year old child) to find a restaurant. Hotel staff said "10 mins walk", but those restaurants weren't open at this time of year (mid-June). Wouldn't stay here again because location is so remote. Was told by hotel staff I could eat at the camping site restaurant behind the hotel, but when I went there I was told in no uncertain terms that that was strictly forbidden.
