the whole complex was exceptionally clean. staff were more than helpful and restaurant served fantastic food. honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai

The staff are friendly.

It'd be better to have towel racks in the bathroom. The spa could be more equipped - not a proper spa bed, no hooks for hanging clothes.

Very good hotel on the riverside, the view was very nice. The breakfast was good a not so expensive. The staff was helpful. Beds were very comfy.

A bit far from the city center. The bar and the restaurant was a little bit expensive.

Rooms were nice although some of the furniture could use some paint. Nice and quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was well organised

Too far from the centre and nothing really around. For food options you were therefore bound to the hotel unless you took a taxi. I ordered 4 times from the menu and on all occasions my choice was not available. Also we upgraded to the loft suite, the best room by far and upon arrival were told that our 3rd night we had to move to the penthouse room which was actually a downgrade. So bad planning. We used laundry service which took quite a while and part of our laundry came back unwashed

Location was wonderful and the staff were accommodating. Food in the cafe was great.

The shower door can be weird to access. The electricity receptical was fiddly.
