Location is great and the hotel is also very nice.

Overpriced:
190€ for a quite small room
Than they ask you 40€ per day for 2 sun bed at their own beach. ( which isn’t terrible )

Location location location. Right on the beachfront, couldn't ask for more.
Additional costs for use of the beach which was not clear at the time of booking.
If the hotel is on the beach, the expectation is that guests can use it without additional charge.

Last day asked for a towel to spend a couple of hours on the beach before leaving and was asked to either pay full price or go to public beach (“this is how it works”)
300 euro a night hotel can’t offer a chair and towel for a couple of hours in low season

good location. the staff at breakfast were very nice.
Tiny room, super tiny shower, no bar at the hotel to have a drink in the evening, €80 extra per person to be able to lie at the beach, people at the reception not friendly or helpful.

The hotel's location on the beach in Punta Ala is very nice. We really enjoyed our room and the view. However I would say that it is a bit pricey for the offering. Rooms are comfortable but smallish. The beach facilities were excellent.
Hotel guests need to reserve the beach's lounge chairs ahead of time.

Hotel need some renew , and breakfast is a bit poor for a 4 star hotel but good quality so i can’t complain

Amazing location, very nice restaurant and beautiful view from the breakfast.
The interior and the room were very dated, as was the general decoration of the hotel. It's in need of a modern make-over and restyling.
Also, be careful when you walk in, as there are unclearly marked steps.
