Very nice clean apartment with excellent location. David is a very good host with nice hospitality. There’s everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom has many shelves & hangers with toiletries & towels. The bedroom is a very good size with built in wardrobe.

Two things, The walls are very not soundproof that you can here every single step & all talkings of the people next door even can hear their mobile vibrations. 2nd thing is that the mattress was not very comfortable as has a dipping in the middle.

Everything was PERFECT! Big flat, location in a city centre, absolutely clean and have everything what you could need during your stay. The owner communicates very quickly and pleasantly. I recommend it 100%! The apartment is much better than it looks in the pictures.

The apartment is in the heart of Bellagio city centre in lovely street. Very close to Restaurants, Gelato places , cafes and less 5 then minutes walk to the Ferry station. Our host David was very helpful checking was smooth and he gave us great recommendations to local restaurants/cafes to checkout. On our last day he kindly gave us thr option to checkout later and leave our suitcases at the apartment while we went sightseeing. In case someone has mobility issues/ wheelchair user the building has no lifts. We were travelling with young children and had a stroller we just folded our stroller downstairs no issues. We had a great time and this apartment has been great place to stay due to location and it was very clean & modern. The double sofa bed fits 2 people comfortably. And the main bed in bedroom was comfortable as well. Thank you David.

Very good localization, apartment also nice, our apartment was with antresol and 3 places to sleep upstairs so perfect for 3 people. Additionally sofa downstairs. Landlord was really helpful. Bellagio is beautiful place!
