I chose the location as it was close to Saiffee hospital where we had a doctor's appointment. That's the only positive I realized.

We were put in room 302. The room we got and what the advert shows were ages apart. We got a plain room, period. One pair of bathroom slippers. Two basic towels thrown over the towel rack. One bed sheet over the bare mattress. Two not so comfy pillows that have known better days. The matress was hard and uncomfortable. The room had afeel of being an employee's rest room. It was just so plain basic.

FOREIGNERS BEWARE: Customer service could be better the manager got very hostile with me over payment eventually she called the bank and found out she was in the wrong and the bank already received payment. Feel as though she wanted to ROB me. I’ve had it happen at another hotel too. Staff did an ok job but manager was completely rude.

Rude manager. Spoke with some woman who harassed me and tried to say the hotel room cost more than it did eventually we found out it wasn’t true. Staff did a ok job but manager she is completely rude.

The hotel was very nice, had nice big pool 7ft deep,rooms were very clean and comfortable, the manager was very friendly and kind as soon as my husband told her we are on our honeymoon she gave us an upgrade to a Supreme suite which was very beautiful and comfortable with a balcony and smart TV in it which made us not to want to leave our hotel room. The staff were very helpful to everything we asked for. I recommend this hotel for you, Me and my husband will for sure come back next time.

The swimming pool time was strictly 8pm instead of atleast 10pm or 11pm. Other wise everything was perfect
