Bardzo przyjazne, pomocne i kompetentne Panie z recepcji.
Wystrój wnętrza (ponure obrazy w dużej ilości), bezgustowne urządzenie wnętrza (żadnego stylu, ładu i składu).
Przy recepcji stara nieużywana i częściowo zdemontowana witryna chłodnicza.
Pokój: śmierdzące dymem z papierosów zasłony w pokoju, zagłówek łóżka od innego łóżka stojący jako "atrapa", wymontowany z kablami na wierzchu czujnik dymu, niewykończone listwy przypodłogowe, bardzo słabe oświetlenie w pokoju (rozumiem oszczędności ale bez przesady), stara rozwalająca się szafka nocna, brak tv kablowej deklarowanej w ofercie (tylko 1 kanał w TV, regionalny), brak szafy w pokoju wa będącej w ofercie (tylko wieszak na ścianie na ubranie), odpadająca klapa od WC, przy trzydniowym pobycie 1 saszetka żelu pod prysznic i 1 małe mydełko w saszetce. Suszarka do włosów po upomnieniu się o nią w recepcji (mała, najtańsza i przegrzewająca się).
Śniadanie do akceptacji, choć ciepła płyta mogłaby być ciepła, a nie ledwo letnia. Naczynia (talerze, kubki) poszczerbione brzegi.
Ogólnie oceniam obiekt jako marny, taki bardzo niskiej jakości hostel przydrożny, a nie "willa" czy "hotel".

cold had to get heater from reception, old bathroom and furniture, duvet on double bed like for single bed two of us could not sleep under the small duvert, but for the money you can’t complain much!

The staff were friendly and Helpful Editha was really hot I'd go back just to meet her again even tho she couldn't speak English I didn't mind being lost in translation
No elevator not recommended if you are with alot of luggage

Nice staff, good breakfast.
The shower cabin amd taps wete not fully functional, and had damaged parts.

Staff were friendly, the rooms are generally clean and the bathroom is very big. Breakfast was tasty and the location is great, in the centre of town and close to many things.
The beds in our double room were uncomfortable.
There was no hot water for the shower in the mornings and when reported to the hotel staff, nothing was done about it. Seemed like this is a known issue but unwilling to remedy.
Other than these two issues, it was an excellent place to stay.

The building was not heated at night . I stayed 3/3 till 3/720202. 5th The room was very cold but thankfullyI had a warm woolen shawl.

A large, open, top-floor apartment with excellent circle ales of the town and tons of plants made for a warm and modern feel.
1) no blinds on large bathroom, 2) the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and we had to have it fixed three times, 3) you need a key to unlock the door from the INSIDE. A major fire-escape hazard!
