Wasn't in Zadar since a was a kid,and evrything is even better now. Accomodation location is great. My uncle lived in the nearby,so I was happy to see the old neighbourhood agagin. Everything was spotless, towles smelled amazing. Green window shutters are making the place charming and cosy. Rooms have everything you need including the shower gels. The Old city is on 5 min walk, the supermaket,pharmacy and all that you need is or accros the streat or beside the accomodation. There is a litlle beautiful market between the buildings and accros the streat in the cofeeshop is a great cappuchino. All the landmarks are in the nearby.Will come again very soon.

Location is great, working air con and staff was friendly and immediately helped us solve a problem when the hot water was not working, high speed Wi-Fi and tv

- the room was not as modern as shown in the pictures - a lot of towels but all very small not adequate for showering - not enough outlets and not in convenient places - not so clean - we reserved “garden view” but the view was horrible and looked like an abandoned building - property told us only upon arrival that we could only pay cash, we lost a lot of money in commission by changing our euros, had they told us in advance we would have prepared

A very nice and clean apartment, just a few minutes' walk from the old city, the bus to the airport and to one of the beaches. The staff was very flexible about the check-in and checkout.

Unfortunately, you have to pay in cash. And cash withdrawals from Croatian ATMs always come with a fee...

Great location

Nobody there for checkin. No one there for check out. Got hassled and accused for not returning the key despite putting it in the lockbox as advised. Very annoying.

Easy access to the Old Town

Location was good. The apartment was appalling. Furniture basic, everything about it , from the exterior to the actual flat was shabby to say the least. Booking .com obviously do not check the venue. I have some photos of the actual place.

I love the localisation! Also the woman who took care of us. She was so nice and polite, moreover she helped to organise transport to the airport early morning 😉 Bet on the quality!

Location is ideal for exploring Zadar. There is a small supermarket around the corner, the street s rather quiet and it's easy to find. Also, the owners are super-easy to make arrangements with.

I guess it is not a good apartment for people with cars, since parking space is scarse.

The host Lucija, was very nice person, very helpful and welcoming us, presenting the apartment and giving guidance to the main good places to visit in the city! She helped us find a storage for the luggage after checkout to the backery near by. The people in general are nice and friendly.

Bathroom was small,but ok.

Almost nothing

The courtyard was smelly, floor was noisy, really small bathroom, unsteady toilet, lamps cannot even light up the room, no electric outlets, the electricity was down for once during our stay there, wifi was okay, only good thing was AC was fine. By the way, they only take cash.

The room and the bathroom are quite small. They don't accept cards, payment by cash only.

Everything was perfect. Great location, in the apartment we had everything what we needed. The Members of the Staff are an excellent persons and really helpful. Pleasant stay :) Zadar is beatiful

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from walking to Old Town. The value for money is perfect. Don't listen to most of the people here telling that the floor is creaking, or the shower doesn't flow properly, for that money, you get more than you are paying for.

Honestly, we didn't find anything about the location that we didnt't like.

Excellent location. Lucija, our host was very nice and helpful! Good AC, good Wi-Fi. Small, but fully equipped kitchen.

Room was very small, with a very small kitchen "table". Also the bathroom was extremely small, with no storage places or shelves. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain I guess. We stayed for 5 nights and nobody came to clean the room, not even to take out the trash.

The location is very lovely. The apartment is located in a strategic place near the bridge. The lady that showed me the apartment was super kind and very gentle. I will recommend this apartment for family and young people. Hope to can go back in this lovey city. Croatian people are very nice population.

It was a great location and very near to all the touristy locations in Zadar. Bus station, ferry stop, etc are walking distance.

Some of the facilities in the room were not well maintained - bathroom basin, kitchen sink tap were broken. There was no reception and getting the keys was a bit confusing.
