Breakfast was very good and plentiful
The dining room was very tired. Seats stained. A dreary room.

the food and most of the staff. especially the tall manager who was most helpful. unlike the guy in the restaurant at breakfast who was quite annoying moving is for the sake of it.
I booked a twin room. I was called and moved to a room with a double bed. unfortunately this was two single beds pushed together which were different height! I kept hitting my knee on the higher bed, and the bed was very old and creaky I didn’t sleep every time I moved it woke me up!

Was not happy because when I booked online it cost me £130 and my brother phoned you up and was in the room next to me and only paid £120 for the same thing .why was there a price difference..

Friendly accommodating staff and environment.
Absolute disaster regarding the stay. Up all night with no sleep due to parties at 2am in adjacent rooms.
People thumping my door trying to get in ………. obviously got the room number wrong.
Non residents getting in through fire escapes, police called to attend, rude and disruptive young residents, with no regard whatsoever for other residents. ABSOLUTE DISASTER! One member of staff on the desk with no help whatsoever to assist in trying to resolve the situation and deal with police etc. the way he has treated by the disruptive residents was nothing short of scandalous. The guy tried his best.
WILL NOT BE BACK!
