The owners, a husband and wife are very kind, pleasant and helpful. The grounds around the villa are beautifully kept, the pool area is wonderful, and the rooms are larger than I expected them to be. It is easy to find the villa, and to drive to and from town. Even the outdoor sitting space outside each unit is larger than expected. Very nice place and I would stay here again.

The only thing I would ask for, and remember I happened to be visiting during the hottest heat wave Italy/Sicily has ever had, is a fan to be available outside by the table and chairs that each unit has.

Location was perfect, the hostess was super friendly, a nice villa in the quiet mountains of Goioisa Marea near the sea.

We had to pay extra 40 euros cash for towels and beddings only for 1 night (not included on the original price paid mentioned in some other not very visible section on booking) which made the accommodation almost twice as expensive than expected. The hosts didn’t speak English at all, wanted only extra cash and IDs from us. They didn’t ask at all if we need towels and want beddings although we could bring our own and not pay so much for it. Also they didn’t offer a possibility to use sauna, wellness, etc. although they advertised them on booking. Moreover, there was no soap, no shower gel or shampoo, no detergent for washing dishes.

Nice, relaxing environment from which we could make day trips. Beach nearby, nice town center with all facilities. Swimming pool and friendly hosts!!!

The room is confortable and clean. The beach is quite close. It can be reached either by car (5 minutes) or on foot (20 minutes). The guest can enjoy the peace and the view of the mountains.

Maybe a bigger car park is needed.
