It's not high end but it is perfect. Lovely staff. Good food. Small pool to have a dip and great architecture if it's your bag!
Also, lovely touches such as welcome drink , cold flannel l, beers in fridge and packed up breaky!

My experience at the property was great! The staff are extremely helpful and polite , incorporated a late checkout for me. Their on-site restaurant is one of the best and I ended up eating a lot of my meals there after exploring the area a bit! The room was extremely comfortable as well and the property is located in walking distance from all places around fort Kochi!
Nothing really! Though the pool is small and hence I didn’t feel comfortable to go for a swim!

Booked a pool facing room (and confirmed) and still did not get one. There is not much of a sea visible from the sea facing room.

Very hearty breakfast and lots of variety. The staff were exceptional and very attentive to all our needs. Beds super comfy.
The lights in the room are a bit confusing. Also, the weekend entertainment in the courtyard is not my cup of tea. But these are minor things.

Great location, lovely boutique property with an amazing restaurant and even better staff.
Some mosquitoes in the rooms and poor Wifi. The rooms at the edges can get loud from street noise.

The location and the theme of the hotel was sooo perfect to the Fort Kochi setting. It is a lovely boutique stay with a sea view from some rooms, very near i mean walking distance to the sights around and quaint little cafes and eateries that Fort kochi is famous for. The staff was extra attentive and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and with excellent quantity. The hotel is everything you could expect from a CGH group hotel.
The room refrigerator was not cooling enough. The staff was very responsive to the issue and they promised to get it fixed as soon as possible.

very clean, lovely staff. The restaurant al la carte food was very, very good. Really great location. Tea in the afternoon with sweet treats! Nice pool.

it is compact overall, well ventilated and lit, and spacious rooms and baths. Has a vintage touch.
some construction work was going on but it was very bearable

Great personel,helpfull .Let us stay a couple of hours longer. The chief cook prepered a fish beyond the menu.
