location ,although close to downtown it’s was easy downhill but coming back it’s was a struggle

It was comfortable with a good location.

I didn’t like that they wouldn’t give me a factura without charging me 16% extra when In booking taxes were supposedly included.

Good option in Cuetzalan, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is simple, however food is nice. The town center is in walk distance.

Attention from the staff could be nicer. They are polite, but you do not feel that you are their client.

Rooms were cosy and clean. Location was a good thing (10 minutes from the city center). The neighborhood was silent.

Voices and sounds from other rooms were audible. TV was old and the administration requests 100 MXN for the remote control that you get back at delivery time. One bulb was burned out.
