エントランスの置物が、お客様を迎えるおもてなし感にあふれていてよかった。
レディースフロアにしてくれた。気持ちが伝わる。
温泉が混雑しすぎていた。洗い場もない状況で、次々に客を入れてしまった点。温泉を案内する人が常駐していたので、その人が調整するとよい。前回はそのような対応があったが、今回はなかった。

大浴場が気持ちよかった。
夜の間に下水側からなのかポコポコと言った気泡が抜けてくる音が何度か聞こえた。朝バスルームに入ると異臭がした。

お部屋もどこも清潔感があり快適に過ごせます。フロントスタッフが親切、丁寧です。思いがけないアクシデントにも素早く対応していただきました。汚い仕事にも笑顔で快い対応をしていただき、感謝いたします。

駅からのアクセスも良く、大浴場も受け付けの対応で利用できるので安心感がありました。サービスアイスも嬉しかったです。朝風呂の後に、ゆっくり朝食できメニューも豊富で満足しました。

Better direction to the hotel from Sendai station.
I did mention this to the front staff and was greeted with glum face. During my check in, not one smile or any other friendly comment. The most unfriendly front staff I have ever met in my 75 years.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Sendai train station and the price is cheaper than other similarly located hotels nearby. Security is excellent and better then higher grade hotels.
The rooms and bathrooms are smaller than other hotels; however, this is the trade off for the reasonable price.

Make sure to not wear the slippers provided for breakfast. I was turned away from breakfast because I had my room slippers on and had to go change into shoes.

Great location. Close to the station and a direct path to the hotel lobby via the above ground pathways. There was also a public bath available.
Room was a bit small for two people but probably above average size in Japan. The public bath on the women's side was busy and you had to be put on a wait list. Seems they have a small capacity.

Sendai was our drop-by of five-day trip. The staff took care of our luggages before and after the stay. It is located right in the middle of downtown and you can enjoy sightseeing on foot.
We checked in pretty late and could not get a chance to go to Sauna and hot spring because they were open only at night and super crowded. It'd be nice if they were open in the morning too.
