Near to places I am visiting.
Hotel staff are courteous.
1. Gym only opens from 11am to 7pm. Too short.
2. In the bathroom, shower gel dispenser not working well.
3. There are multiple TV channels but poor picture quality due to interference in incoming TV signal.

Easy access parking, location also quite easy to reach any destination
The cleaness of the toilet not very satisfy, even though its old hotel, but still quite okay for the facilities

There is no empaty in giving solution as in service industry you people should give n help us.. We reached very late n the manager insisted us to pay for deposit in cash.. And we did ask permission to check in first and we will go out for late dinner n collect cash from the bank. As we run out of cash. We brought along a Doctor n wife for the trip and very diasapointed with the manager as he said...we need to go out first for dinner n can only check in later after paying the rm200 as deposit. It seems no priveleged as customer as we booked online.

Location is quite good
The breakfast package is so bad. Only 3 main menu. cheap coffee. cordial juice instead of real juice. no cereals. the staff also takes the same food as guest. not that clean.

The room was spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities.
the breakfast was total let down. limited choice of food, taste was lacking. It would be advisable to not include the breakfast in the booking if possible.

By the looks of it, you can tell that this is an old hotel. However they maintained it well. It’s a good old fashioned hotel. They do housekeeping too. Free parking, good location and quiet environment.
The front staff (chinese woman) not very helpful, quite rude a bit. The malay guy is okay. Parking is free but you have drive quite far up to level 5 in that spiral ramp i don’t really like. The grainy tv have 4 channels only.
