Great spot, wonderful staff and the attached restaurant was terrific too (normally I avoid hotel restaurants).

We had a spacious, comfortable room on a ground floor perfect for a family. Clean room. The location to the beach just across the main road. Good breakfast. Great to have pool, small but decent.

Room was humumid and we could sent the smell of it. Restaurant do not accept credit cards which was really annoying. Staff was nice but not as amazing as usually are in Thailand.

The hotel was a smaller boutique hotel with restaurant. The rooms were large, clean and in excellent order. The hotel was clean smart and the decor was of very good standard. The staff were attentive, kind and very polite. The food in the hotel was excellent and good value. The hotel was also very close to the beach. We just loved the place!!. However, our family stay was with older teenage children who could appreciate it. If you had very young children who just wanted to splash in the pool all day then you would probably be better suited to a larger hotel.

the property has a sewer drain running right next to it and it smells like sewage throughout the whole place. The air conditioning vents smell of mold.

The staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant were very nice. I could give a 10 for how nice they were. They gave us a big room, but unfortunately the toilet was a bit smelly and we asked to change it. They immediately found another room for us. They helps us in many ways! The location is great, really close to the beach, and in a nice spot of it! The area is close to mini markets, restaurants and bars. But also the restaurant of the hotel is very good, with many options and with a discount for the customers.

Unfortunately the sewer is close to the hotel (but it's not a complaint towards the hotel) and it can be smelly. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was amazing, always smiling, helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is good, plenty of restaurants, shops nearby, beach club with music, beach is just across the road.

Sometimes it was smelling bad in the bathroom, I’m guessing from the sewage and water doesn’t drain fast in the shower, so it keeps adding up while showering. But all those little details to work on!

Lovely staff, excellent location so close to the beach and local amenities, the bed was comfortable, comfy furniture on the balcony, places to sit downstairs in reception and restaurant, lovely decor in the main hotel area.

The view from the balcony was just onto the alley at the side of the building. The breakfast came with cutlery in single-use plastic pouches, which was disappointing.

Very warm and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant is good value and served very good food.

Breakfast could be better. It was a choice of fried/scrambled eggs or omelet, 2 slices of toast with butter and jam and tea/coffee.

everything was good. the size of the room was good , the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful !!! good food at the restaurant.

the breakfast was a little bit small and same everyday. but you can ask différents thing if you want and normally they do.

The location is just a 1 minute walk to the beach, it’s close to shops, and it’s really clean, quiet, and peaceful.

we had an amazing time while staying here! everything was perfect. staff is friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. the room was cleaned every single day, towels were changed also every day. we loved that. It was a very nice touch when we check in, the staff turned on the AC before our arrival, it was fresh in the room when we came in. the hotel provides with shampoo, shower gel, soap, 1 bottle of water per person every day. there’s a swimming pool and restaurant on the first floor. the restaurant offers 15% discount for people who stay at the hotel. the food was good, drinks are good too. Karon beach is located in 1 minute walk from the hotel. there’re some supermarkets and souvenir shops near by. I highly recommend to stay here! 10/10
