I like the staff was really nice.

We arrived late and wanted to take a shower but we didn't have water in our room. The next morning wake up try to shower and use the bathroom and there was no water. I try to watch TV but the wifi was not working. The water came until 11:30am the next morning. Making impossible to use the bathroom or shower not acceptable.

the staff can be a little more friendly. the overcharge for using a credit card was too much. 20% of the value of the stay was not right

Very close to bus stop, deliciuos brekfasts, nice swiming pool, big rooms.

Once in the evening there wasnt warm water under the shower.

Dirty room, whitout wifi, bad attention, cockroaches in the room, uncomfortable bed

The bed was comfy and it was well located.

The shower didn't work. The knob fell off so I couldn't take a shower. They need more flexibility for early check in.

Good hotel to crash while attending weddings

Their check in is at 3 pm, this is not helpful.

We arrived a little before check in time and were made to wait until the time in the courtyard, even though the room was ready. They disinfect the rooms with a product that smells so strong you can´t sleep. The hotel is between two highways, so it is extremely noisy.
