Quiet peaceful place. Access to hidden beach. Theodora and family were incredibly welcoming and I felt at home. Offering suggestions of local sights. Beautiful view of water. Close to small supermarkets.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. In a beautiful area close to a number of secluded coves and beaches. A choice of restaurants, cafes and two shops all within walking distance. Made to feel very welcome by Theodora and her family. Theodora even enabled us to cook on the rooftop terrace. Bottle of water in the fridge and toiletries much appreciated. We had free use of mountain bikes which was great as we did not have a car. Theodora's husband kindly gave us a lift to the bus stop when we left. It is also a good base to explore the area. I would recommend staying here and would gladly return.

This is such a special place - beautiful views of the sea, a short walk to the beach, great air con, amazing shower, but most of all Theodora, who is a warm and welcoming host and who really made our holiday so special. We can't wait to come back.

We loved it totally. Theodora is so nice and kind. The appartments have very good size ....with a lot of light the balcony as well so large and the see view just stunning. There is all you need in the appartment and the sheets are changed every couple of days. The beach nearby it was such a bless...we almost didnt move from there. Wild beach and clear blue water. The appartment is near to everything...supermarket restaurants and other beaches. Would definitely recomd this place and we hope to go back again

Theodora Apartment is a very good place to stay if you want live the authentic Greece. This area is not so touristic and there are very beautiful beaches closed to the apartment (two beautiful beaches only 5 min walking). You can spend your time almost alone in these beaches. We have seen a lot of amazing sunsets there! Theodora is a very kind person, she gave us usefull tipps for enjoying 100% our vacation! The apartment (n1, first floor) is cleaned and has a beautiful and peaceful view from the balcony. It was a pleasure live for 10 days in the Messinia region: beaches, mountains, waterfalls and the beautiful Ancient Messinia Archeologic Site. Theodora Apartment is 30 minutes by car from Kalamata and 1h20' from the Navarino bay (go there if you have time, it's worth it!) and 1h from the Polylimnio Waterfalls! We also went climbing on the mountains (Lagada's climbing park) and the landscape was very nice. So, if you want to book your holidays in this region we absolutely recommend Theodora Apartment!! Theodora was a superb host! Super friendly, warm and welcoming. She very kindly offered me a beach towel and lend me a beach umbrella when I had none and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The accommodation is just as pictured in the photos and very clean. And the beach is only a short walk away with hardly any visitors. Would definitely stay at Theodora's again. Thank you again for the very warm welcome!

It was a beautiful location. The view from the balcony was the first thing that made the trip. The host was absolutely lovely. She gave advice on what to visit, where to eat and was very helpful in general The apartment was clean, with comfy beds, kitchen ready with all the utensils you could need. All in all it was a wonderfull week with a wonderful host and a wonderful apartment. I hope to return soon to enjoy another holiday here.

Sea view is amazing and the place is so quiet! Beach is just few minute walk. We rent for 8 days, they came to clean the room and change towels and bed sheets every 2-3 days. Rubbish bin was emptied even everyday! It was really unexpected for bnb. The host lady was really friendly and helpful. The bed is a bit small for 2 person but comfort of bed made it up.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room, very nice owner, perfect beach near the flat, perfect sea view, good location to see both Mani peninsula, Messinia and Eastern Peloponesse, quiet neighbourhood

The owner was surprised to see we are a female couple and suggested we should maybe take a room with two beds. But otherwise, later she was very nice

Theodora is a lovely host. The apartment is located on top of a cliff and though there is not beach there is a lovely view. I can especially recommend to grab a book and go to the rooftop of the hotel. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely view when waking up (though I am not a big fan of the sheet and blanket combination).

The room was not soundproof. When neighbours were talking in the evening in the next room/balcony or leaving in the morning via the staircase it was definitely audible and woke me up. When showering, the whole bathroom got wet. The lighting was quite harsh and white, I prefer warmer., more yellow light.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Location was great: there is a few small beaches just 5 mins walking. The room was very cosy with an amazing view.
