Dieses einmalige Hotel ist eine einzige Freude. Man möchte, einmal angekommen, nur noch vom Balkon auf die Lagune, die Boote, die Wasservögel schauen. Die Zimmer sind schön, groß, geräumig. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet und serviert. Man kann unkompliziert direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Aber nichts, nichts, nichts kommt an den Ausblick heran. Ein Glück und Traum

Elegant and stylish both rooms and common areas, peaceful surroundings, very large room with outstanding terrace facing the lagoon, bycicles available for free to enjoy the natural reserve close-by, good and customized breakfast served by caring stuff
Price is adequate for a boutique hotel, maybe too much for low season

We especially loved Daniele, he took very good care of us and because it was my birthday even prepared a little surprise :) The location of the hotel is exceptional, we loved every minute!!
Only downside is, that there is no taxis whatsoever available.

I liked the overall concept of the hotel, environmental friendly, very considerate about everything, like providing a binocular in each room for birding. The natural surrounding was unbelievable, the hotel had a kind of "lodge" character for us, there was something to see at any time of the day. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was served and really tasteful. We will certainly come again.

Small individual hotel (boutique-style) with great breakfast, very friendly, supportive and attentive staff in a beautiful location overlooking a laguna a few kilometers outside of Grado. Good breakfast.

The staff was very nice and friendly to us, during the whole stay. The location is decorated with a lot of heart and is a really comfy place to be. All in all a astonishing place.

Traffic noise from both boats and cars. It’s not dreadful but it’s quite noticeable this is marketed as an idyllic rural escape. The website over-sells the place significantly - the pool, traffic noise - but good on the staff that we left with smiles on our faces. They hadn’t told us in advance the restaurant had closed, which would have changed our decision. The shower dominated the room - it doesn’t need a separate bathroom but it does need a bit of separation.
