الديكور متهالك وباب الحمام يصطدم بكرسي الافرنجي والمرآة بالية سخان الماء داخل الحمام ومصدي وسلك الكهرباء عندما ركبته شفطني الكهرباء 110 فولت وفي غرفة النوم لم استطيع أستخدام الكهرباء القريب من السرير لآنه يحتاج الى تبديل والفطور الحمدلله على النعمة

Availability of limited parking outside hotel.
1. The reception guy (in evening) was very silly, asking unnecessary documents due to his lesse knowledge of the job. This booking time at counter was very annoying. He didn't understand English, just Arabic which i didn't know. The hotel seriously need to improve the reception guy.
2. Most disappointing thing was that they tried giving me a totally different room, than the one reserved for me on Booking.com and the shown pictures. I had to wait for 30 minutes to struggle for some better room, but the actual room shown in pictures wasn't still given.
3. The breakfast was a very nominal. Not a thing to consider while booking.
4. Hot water in both taps, no Water storage tank arrangements to cater for heat outside and resulting heated water in cold water taps.

The location was good for me
The room smells very bad (smell of cigarettes) and the furniture is really old. The breakfast is not so good.

hotel is not providing the water this is very bad protocol .it should be implement to supply free water for valuable customer.
