The apartment was a bit hard to find. It's necessary to contanct the staff before arrival.

The location is one of the best in Palaeokastritsa (Παλαιοκαστρίτσα) area, though this is at Alipa port which is not a very clean beach. We found broken glass pieces there, so tread carefully! The much better, cleaner Agios Spridon and Ampelaki beaches are within walking distance, as are the shops, the lovely ol' monastery, and also other hotels' restaurants to grab a bite! There's a small functional kitchenette for those who'd prefer cooking-in! Our host Katarina was most helpful and took several of our calls, even at odd hours. We'd love to come back to the very beautiful Palaeokastritsa in a blink!!

We had mentioned 3 pm as check-in and yet we had to call our host to inform her of our arrival. The google map location is not the most accurate, we went round in circles till we finally landed in front of Limani restaurant with no sign/ directions to the property. A very kind waitress from the Alipa restaurant helped us get in touch with the host, since there's no number mentioned in booking.com or on the web. However, once the host was there, she was most helpful, and gave us all the necessary info to get settled. Tip: do get in touch with the host in advance to better coordinate the arrival, as it's a B&B so no other frills or service is a part of the package. However, it's a comfortable, cosy, safe place- but better to know all details in advance! The place is pricey given its location and no breakfast.

Booked last minute. kept waiting for just over an hour of the agreed meeting time. communication during this this very poor waiting for calls back etc. only there one night so time important.

It was hard to find as no signs and directions were given by manager. We haven’t met manager at all and communication was poor - when we arrived, a cleaning lady showed us the room and it was pretty much all “welcoming”. The room was clean but we were struggling with water regulation and shower - there was no separate heat and water pressure regulators, we burned ourselves twice. Also shower cabin was broken - the door didn’t close and water was everywhere around us. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were left half used, so next day we had to ask for new ones. Very poor isolation - you can hear everything coming from the entrance door, also doors within our room could not be fully closed. It means that if somebody is taking shower in the morning and another person wants to sleep - there is no way he could do it as absolutely every movement and water drop is heard very well.

Great localisation near beach and port . Room was very quiet, every day clened , very well equpped.

Room cleaned every day which was a nice surprise. Location very central. Apartment well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The walls are quite thin so a bit noisy if you have load neighbours!

it was in a great location, out of the busy way of Theo dry roads with convenient parking and walking distance to once of the most peaceful and beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

Fantastic value accommodation in a stunning location

The apartment was about 15m from the sea which allowed for some wonderful early morning or late evening swimming, which I love. The apartment is also located within small strolling distance of the other beaches so one does not have to walk very far to get to the sea. There is also a BBQ that we made full use of and someone was kind enough to leave coal and firelighters :)

There is not much to dislike about the apartment, but if you had to twist my arm, and I was being extremely picky, the umbrella on our terrace was positioned in such a way that rendered it useless throughout the day, so the terrace was in the sun most of the day. However, the common area had some tables and chairs that were in the shade of the olive tree, so everything was fine.

The location is very good, right at the beach and it is very calm. The apt is nice and clean and you will find everything important in the kitchen. We liked it a lot and would definitely recommend it!:)

Terrific place and lovely view with private beach

It was very comfortable with everything needed. They were cleaning everyday, even washing our used dishes. The view is fantastic and the owner is very nice. You cant ask more for that price!

The hot water was finishing little fast for two people, so i was having little time to bath, but it was not big problem anyway

It was great to stay in Napoleon! The host was really nice and helpful, the location was perfect, everything was close: beaches, restaurants, supermarket, free parking, bus stop. We had an appartament on the first floor and it was pretty nice, comfortable. The view from the big balcony was really great!
