Esta encantadora villa de 3 dormitorios está situada en Kapparis, cerca del complejo más grande y concurrido de Protaras. Hay tiendas, bares y restaurantes a poca distancia de la villa, y dos playas de arena a solo 5 minutos a pie.
Los centros turísticos cercanos de Protaras y Ayia Napa están a poca distancia en coche de la villa, con muchas atracciones y una animada vida nocturna. Hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y bares para elegir, y muchas playas de arena a lo largo de la costa con deportes acuáticos, así como el famoso parque acuático Ayia Napa.
La sala de estar de planta abierta consta de una cocina con todos los electrodomésticos, como cocina, nevera-congelador, lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora. Myself and my family had an amazing time and staying at this villa was the icing on the cake, it was extremely well maintained, the cleaners and pool cleaners are just brilliant and Sotos the manager was fantastic, he is very contientious and very helpful, he will ensure you have a great stay and nothing at all is too much trouble for him, highly recommended. The area is perfect this is our third time there and it gets better every time, if your looking for a great family holiday with peace and quiet, and looking for great evenings out in the local town, then this is not to be missed, the local car hire Juliannas is fantastic, again always willing to help getting you the best deal. Thank you Sotos for making mine and my family a great holiday, you can be rest assured we will be back next year.

This villa is a wonderfull place to spend summer time. It is stylish, comfortable and has everything you would need for your holidays. Especially, it is suitable for a family with a little baby as the manager, Sotos, would provide you with all baby things(high chair, baby cot ant etc). The villa is located near two beaches, so you could choose the one you like. Also in two minutes there are a lot of different restaurants\bars. Thank you, Sotos, for a great first summer for my baby-daughter!

Lovely well appointed villa in a great location. The Villa is tastefully decorated and clean and the pool and grounds are beautiful. Sotos the manager could not be any more helpful and he helped to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended.
