The reception is so welcoming (Oguz and Aymelek), they did their best to make us happy during our holiday. Awesome staff overall!! Facility is very good, hotel pool is large, sauna and Turkish bath is in use for anytime required.

This was our second stay here. We liked the fact that it's in a quiet area, and that parking is usually easy to find. The food was good, both at breakfast and at dinner. The pool was clean and the pool area is quiet and one can relax there. One special mention to the staff from the pool bar/restaurant, they went the extra mile to make us feel good.

When we checked in, there was a delay and we had to move from one room to another because the bathroom door didn't close. We checked in late in the evening, but the issue was solved on the same day. One thing to keep in mind is that, if your hair is dyed, there is a chance the chemicals used in the pool water may cause the dye to come off. If it does, and the pillow covers or bed covers get stained, you'll be asked to pay an extra fee.

I travelled with my 6-month-old son. The attitude and help of the hotel stuff was amazingly warm. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. The suppers were always different and very tasty, with a lot of fruits. Sauna and steam bath was included and helped to rest. The cooperation with Qualista beach is also very nice (take swim glasses to enjoy fish!). The guys at the beach were also veru friendly and allowed us to take a bed in shadow because of the baby :) The Hotel is situated perfectly, 2 walk minutes from the main street but in a quite place. I liked a lot an attention to details: we got a room on the first floor, so that we did not need to use stairs (perfect for buggy). In the room there was a jasmin-aroma, balcony and a special hacks there for a wet clothes. Charging phone near bed. Small lights everywhere in the room. Free-of-charge baby bed near our bed. Tee, caffee and water free of charge. I plan to come again.

The only thing I gave 9 stars instead of 10 was a very cold swimming pool. My husband wanted to swim there with our baby, but it was much colder than the sea.

The staff were always kind and attentive to us. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are small but super comfy. The hotel is right in the middle of the city center, so many great restaurants are just a few minutes away.

The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach, but it was not very reliable; i.e. it was not available every day.

The room was spacious enough and very clean. It's quiet! Which makes it so different (in a good way!) in comparison to the majority of all-inclusive Kemer hotels. Nice little pool. Perfect during the day when it's just too hot at the beach (there were always some shady places in the water where you could hide from the sun). About 20-25 min. walk to the beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests (it is not at the front line of the beach, but were good enough and quite close to the water - come a bit earlier, if you want to get sunbeds with umbrellas).

The room was comfortable and clean. Cumhur from the staff was always very welcoming and helpful :)

The staff was not very prepared, with approximative explanations and often incorrect and partial information (eg we booked the hammam of the hotel the night before, and only at the time of our reservation, we found out it was not working) - probably also due to their little knowledge of English.

Hotel does not have elevator

Came here for 3 days from Antalya to celebrate a birthday. There were some misunderstandings related to the fact that the description on the booking indicated spa and massage services, but in reality this was not the case. Fortunately, the management did not lose their heads and did everything not to spoil my birthday. The interest of the management and staff is worthy of all praise, for which I am especially grateful! Also of the pluses worth noting free tea, coffee, juices and cleanliness in the room. Recommended to visit! Thank you!

Unfortunately, there are some shortcomings in the hotel, which I think can be easily eliminated and the rating can be increased. Among the shortcomings: very poor WiFi in the room, incomprehensible operation of the mini-bar, which does not make sense (as it turns out, it only works at certain hours and only if the key is inserted in the room, there is no electricity without a key), personal shortcomings for me were very uncomfortable pillows and remote location to the beach.

Location is good, breakfast is good but buy half board room with dinner. Meal is very good. Staff is kind and helpful. Overall for money it is very good option.

Fantastic place, lovely people managing the hotel, the whole team always smiling and wanting to help, Guler was very helpful and did her best to make our stay wonderful, Cumhur is a wonderful person always kind and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained, very close to the market and beach is just 10 minutes walk through the market, many restaurants and choices are available

Very good hotel in Antalya. The Staff working there is incredibly helpful and nice, they helped me to give my couple a surprise for her birthday, bought a cake and even sang happy birthday for her, very nice. Room was big and clean, toilet too. Breakfast had lot of variety and we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot too. In addition the hotel give you free access to one private beach there that despite loud music is nice (all beaches there are private, and the one from hotel is sand beach, not stones one like others). I really recommend this hotel for nice stay in Kemer, also pretty close to center and to the beach.

Maybe the views from room were not very good, but not big deal.

Central but quiet location. Beautiful and clean place. 15 minute of pleasant walk to city beach. Quiet air conditioner in the room. Very hospitable and helpful stuff. Good breakfast served in the inner yard. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Warmly recommended. Thanks to Cumhur the manager and Leila who helped us a lot with useful advices. Thanks to all other staff for the perfect service.

We throughout our entire stay, we felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. Juan-Paul was very accommodating and always had a smile. The whole team was fab! The bed was SUPER compy. The pool was lovely. As the roof terrace was amazing to get your tan on. Breakfast was a lot, could never finish it. The location was lovely too. About 10/15 mins walk to the beach.

Although we were told the spa was free, we thought there would be a masseuse, but sadly there wasn't. So we went to a local spa for a Turkish Hamam.

Location was great, super friendly staff. We recommend it.
