The breakfast was amazing and a lot. The location is exceptional, it was so peaceful. The rooms were neat and we had everything we needed;kitchen utensils, braai area and the pool. The poolside was definitely our favorite spot.

The only challenge we had was going up the stairs to the bedroom upstairs but it wasn't a train smash.

Heerlijke huisjes, ruim, met eigen keuken. Top buitendouche! Leuke patio en de mogelijkheid om een vuurtje te stoken. Super aardig personeel. Ontbijt is prima. Omdat de locatie toch wel wat verder weg is van een dorp, hebben wij hier ook gedineerd (3-gangen). Prima eten, het is wat de de pot schaft (uiteraard wordt er rekening gehouden met allergieën en dergelijke), maar daar houden wij wel van. Het is ca 25 minuten rijden naar de Main Entrance van Addo. Ook kregen wij nog bezoek van de huisolifant bij ons huisje:-).

Super Frühstück jeden Morgen etwas anderes immer frisch zubereitet.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, aber für uns waren es perfekt. Das Chalet war sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die hauseigene Tour zu den Giraffen war ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch die Möglichkeit den Addo Nationalpark und das Schotia Reservat besuchen zu können hat und sehr gefallen. Das Essen wurde liebevoll serviert.

The location is great, feels like you are in the middle of a national park. We also liked the food in the restaurant very much. The kitchen ladies really do their best.

The interior and bathroom could use an upgrade.

The welcome and checkin process of information and advise on the game drives... Tooth and Claw highly recommend!!! The food, the staff, the views, the rooms, the bar area and games room... The list goes on... It's a must do we will definitely be returning!!!

It was cold upon arrival but that couldn't be helped... However there was an air con/heater in our room which would of been nice had it been put on. The bar wasn't open all evening we returned from the game drive around 9pm and it was all locked. Security guard unfortunately didn't have a key. But these are just minor things the whole set up is amazing! .

It was silent, no disturbances perfect place to get away from a stressful job

This was simply next level. Everything at this lodge is just 5 star quality. We will be back.

The location and braai.

There were 2 mice in the house when we open the door and mice al over outside. Couldn't leave the door open. The guy was great and came to catch the mice, but we couldn't sleep that night.

We loved our stay, the food was amazing. we did breakfast and dinner and the lady's in the kitchen did an exceptional job. The rooms were very nice and had a great view of there property and they had wood by the firepit for us and the room was clean and well equipped. It is only about a 25 minute drive to the north entrance of Addo elephant park which was very nice. We loved out stay.

What a beautiful place!! We loved everything! The room, the outdoor shower!!!!! And the fireplace outside. We will definitely come back! The food was simple and good, and the wine variety was excellent

The tap water is salty, but we thought it was nice :) Like swimming in the ocean :) Drinking water is ok- If you like only spring water, bring 1-2 bottles with you.

Very Nice ans small lodge with a exeptionell service!

Great location and the dinner they serve is just amazing. I have sometimes difficulties finishing my plate but here starter, main and desert easily. I loved the food. The kids loved the pool and the safaris we have done in Addo Elephant Parc. Rooms are comfortable. Very good value for money.

Meals (breakfast and dinner) were tasty, varied and good value. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff attentive. Great to see the sable and giraffe from the chalet.

The surroundings are stunning and we were so lucky to have a giraffe visit. We thought we had booked one of the two bed properties but unfortunately we had booked the one bedroom and it was fully booked so we were unable to upgrade. Staff were very helpful in converting the sofa into a bed for our daughter. The property was comfortable for our needs, however the bathroom was very tired and in need of some TLC. The manger and kitchen staff were all very kind and accommodating. We would recommend.

The place is a true gem, we absolutley loved it. Had a fantastic time. Our toddler loved running around, entering the swimming pool and even got lucky to meet Lucy the giraffe. The food was amazing. My husband has celiac and he had so much great options to eat. We had a problem with the car on the way and the staff were super friendly, helpful and available for us. So happy we had the oppurtunity to stay in this great place. Thank you!

The lodge is very well located. Tip: Use the Highway towards Addo, when you Are coming from Cape town of oudtshoorn. There you will find the sign to charihandra. Google maps suggested us an other way, which was Shorter from distance But took und way Longer because of the very Bad Road. Lunch and Dinner wäre the best we had so far. Very fresh, healthy and with veggie options. They even prepared is a quick lunch, because we were so hungry when we arrived. The ladies who served the Food Are very friendly! We also Took a Safari through the Game lodge which was great. Owen was very friendly and funny. The Apartments Are very big! The Kitchen looked very new.

There could have Been some pillows on the Chairs in the dining area and textile napkins (More sustainable)

We loved the serene location and the fact that the lodge is so small (as in the number of chalets). It made our stay feel very personal and peaceful. The chalets were perfect - spacious, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and clean. The views from the top balcony were fantastic, especially for giraffe-viewing! The food was outstanding! Nzali is an extraordinary chef, which was a welcome surprise- we had no idea we would be experiencing such excellent cuisine. Nelly (Nelliswa), the young lady who serves the meals, was delightful!

We loved the property. the only thing we would have liked to have at easy disposal was the ability to purchase goods to cook our own meals and perhaps grab a snack every now and then.

2 nights in a paradise! It was an incredible stay in a private reserve! The lodge was beautiful, food was amazing (full board!) swimmingpool area was a big yes! for the kids, we saw a lot of animals around. Chantal was very helpful to organize our games visit, these were pretty amazing too! We got to spend time with giraffes!, it was an unforgettable stay, if we could we would have stayed longer!

The staff was super friendly that was a bonus, the chefs where extraordinary, the tour guide Owen was absolutely stunning and took us to see exactly what we requested The rooms are perfectly cleaned everyday The food was past stunning and more than enough “we couldn’t even finish most it”

Absolutely lovely private game Lodge near Addo national park. Excellent food and lovely staff. Chalets were beautiful. Great views from the pool. Went for game drive on their property and saw many different animals and was able to feed giraffe.

Amazing place, very relaxed, very nice friendly people, great cooks.
