basic amenities, not very clean

Great place, great host, everything was nice and cosy!

We loved the place, host was kind and communicated well. The place is gorgeous, located next to some shops and bakeries. Incredible view from the balcony. If we make it back to Aegina, we would definitely rebook here for longer.

The shower water was often too hot, which is a rare problem to have :)

Τhe location is amazing and so was the view from our balcony. The beds were great! The lounge and kitchen too!

I would suggest changing the two out of three air condition ynits with new ones, place a dust bin in the kitchen and a curtain for the bath tub. Very small things but they ll make the experience more comfortable.

It was a fully equipped and spacious apartment close to the small port of Perdika! The landlord was polite and helped us with tips about island of Aigina.Highly recommended!!

Fantastic location within walking distance from Perdika harbor, café and restaurants, mini markets etc. Parking space nearby and very very polite landlady. The house was fully equipped, very convenient for our short stay.

A bit expensive. Parts of the house could have been better maintained. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Very close to the shop, restaurants and beach. Perdika is very nice and quiet village. Ideal place to relax.

The apartment looked better on the photos than in reality. There was no additional toilet paper, soap and bin bags. There was just one flat key for the four of us.

The housekeeper, Mrs. Sofia was lovely, helpful and welcoming. The flat was immaculately clean,spacious, had a very well equipped kitchen, and was in a quiet position.

Rock hard beds, some antique electric fittings with cables trailing, antique bulky televisions; one of the rooms had an antique aircon which had a mind of its own, switched itself off and on, had no remote control and was only working on timer; old, scratchy towels; bath awkward to get into- an elderly person would not be able to do it, and would not be able to have a shower, which was inside the bath. A pity to have all these negatives, because the flat could be superb.
