La ubicación estaba bien.

El baño se mojaba todo. El piso se puso asqueroso. Las toallas estaban sucias. El personal fue amable.

La ubicacion es muy buena , el personal muy atento,cerca de lugares donde comer ,muy buena linpieza, recomiendo este hotel ,el desayuno muy bueno y muy linda la terraza done lo sirven

Muy bueno el desayuno, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, excelente relación calidad precio

Se puede reforzar la seguridad, por lo menos con un guardián general para la plaza.

- The staff that works at the reception are nice (speaks English) - Accepts credit card, but it's more expensive when using an international credit card - Location- very convenient, next to Plaza Internacional (banks, Claro for SIM card), lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and a 10-min. walk to the Caribe Tours and Metro bus stations - Breakfast- light, 3 options (sandwich, omelette, or mangú), juice, and coffee- was very fast and delicious

- Will not check you in before 2pm- I stayed here twice and they wouldn't let me check-in early - The shower area had hair on the floor and was not properly cleaned before me - They won't give extra towels or more soap/shampoo- they actually refill/reuse the soap/shampoo liquid bottles which seems unsanitary - The housekeeping does not speak English and seemed annoyed when I needed extra towels (which she wouldn't give me- she would only limit me to 2 and I had to exchange the dirty towels for clean ones) - My room did not face the main street, but it was still extremely loud with the noise from motorbikes and etc. - No elevator, breakfast is located at the top level of the building

Ubicación y comodidad de la habitación.

No se podía ver la TV salvo por Internet, por estar averiada la caja del cable y no nos la cambiaron. No hay ascensor y el comedor para desayunar está en la 4ª planta.
