The position and view of the property was exceptional.

You are expected to make your own beds, linen is provided it’s in a big green bag! I was disappointed as we were paying $500 a night to stay. The tea and coffee was very minimal.

More cleaning products, detergents soaps, garbage bags etc etc should have been made available in the kitchen and particularly in the bathrooms.

The view from the apartment was amazing

Linen was stained and mattress protectors wernt changed Blankets were not clean Curtain in the second bedroom was broken I have sent all the info and photos to port stephens accommodation

The view was amazing. Looking out over the bay over the rooftops of the shops directly across the road from the bay. Easy, less than 100m walk from the building to the water's edge. The water pressure in the showers was amazing.

We booked for 5 people but were only given linen and towels for 4. The apartment itself was neat and tidy but the bathrooms were getting a little tired. We had endless emails from the property managers during the lead up to our stay. The process of taking a photo of my license and bank card was difficult to use, even when using my phone as it suggests.

the view and location was superb.

the place was not cleaned very well. there was food and mess under the lounge cushions and the beds werent made we had make them upon arrival. For the price i would have thought that would be done. There was no fly screen on the loungeroom window. the car park is super tight when you have a large car, i wish i read previous reviews before booking. was disappointed we werent allowed to use the pool or gym at the Ramada even though its in the same complex.

it was a well located apartment with exceptional views from every vantage point.

The property needs an review /update- * The main bed needs replacing- it was very uncomfortable *The kettle whilst one being their had corroded (needs replacing). *The toilet off the second bedroom needs to be looked at, the cistern leaks. whilst these are relatively minor things (apart from the main bed), it would have been a more enjoyable stay if these things were reviewed and delay with.
