Only Location, close walk to Interlaken West Station, Indian restaurant just below the building, Coop supermarket 1min walk, Paragliding Landing Park View from 4th floor window, 15 min walk to Interlaken Ost, while bus station just at the entrance of building, cooking ware was very good
The apartment was so small, I couldn't imagine that they reserved it for our family of 5 (with 3 kids), 4th Floor no lift, and not even porter to help, very difficult to manage within limited space, it is ideal for 2 persons only

the location and parking was convenient despite u have to pay.
too much for the price. old, cold, no elevator, the electricity keeps turning off, bathroom is old.

The location of the apartment was great and the view really nice.
The apartment was dirty at our arrival and after telling the owner he has sent someone to re do the cleaning. We have booked for 2 adults and 3 kids but there was only bedding for 4 people. The owner has tried to explain to us that 2 bunk beds actually mean one bunk bed. At the end they had provided a mattress for my youngest kid.

Toilet is not that clean, and very noisy by the downside Resturant. There are no lift means you have to climb to the room with your luggage

Location is really nice. Reception services were excellent. We paid almost Euro 350 per day, stayed three nights, however, the facilities in the apartment were not of that standard. I reported some of the problems, others I just ignored, as already informed were also not attended to.

The view from the Apartment was nice. Space is less, bathroom was not properly cleaned. Microwave was provided, kept in one of the drawers but there was no place to put it and use it.

nothing. specially the staff, I was like not staying in Switzerland it was like staying in china, no cleaning no extra fan, very small, noisy, small bathroom, 3 days no cleaning, attitude was very bad

Location and staff
Not cleaned properly and have to ask owners for another clean, aroma of food from window because downstairs restaurant exhaust is right next to it. I would suggest to increase the height of restaurant exhaust chimney so smell of food doesn't come to room.

The apartment location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the fourth floor is very beautiful as it overlooks the mountains in the background and the paragliding landing zone. The apartment was vey spacious even for 3 persons with a very well equipped kitchen. It was clean, well maintained and overall a very good value for money.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator. Hence it is a trek to reach upstairs especially with all the luggage. But the host did offer an alternative room on 1st floor with elevator during check-in.

Nothing.
Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Rooms were tiny and filthy. Couldn't even take a shower because I didn't want to catch what was on the shower head. All I know is, I will know better next time. Don't waste your money. Pay a few bucks extra and get proper accommodation because this is not one.

They were Friendly. Center of Interlaken. This is positive
With our Reservation city tax + vat was included. (Attached printshot of reservation) But We had to pay again +- 56 Euro. (I want my my 56 euro back)That was dishonest of Host.
We have paid for kitchen about 600 Euro. But the kitchen was not that good as money.
Toilet was not clean (see attached foto)
