Les chambres sont nickel et conformes aux photos de l'annonce. Une ambiance bien tropicale et reposante avec leur piscine au centre de l'hôtel entouré de ces palmiers. Un personnel souriant et réactif. Un service très efficace et rapide. Un de mes meilleurs choix d'hôtel à ce jour pour passer des vacances au soleil dans les meilleures conditions.

The buffet was terrible - my wife got Food poisining!!

My Wife and I came to this Hotel for our anniversary towards the end of may. What was supposed to be 2 relaxing nice nights, turned into a terrible case of food poisining. My wife had a salad from the salad bar, and ended up in the hospital with severe food poisining. We havent eaten outside the hotel, and the doctors in the emergency department confirmed it was food poising. Im a dr myself and quickly realized it. The ladies at the receptionist were friendly and helpful when documenting our case, but we never got any reply. When I contacted the hotel via booking, it was not taken seriously and i was just told no its not from the hotel.

Location for beach and shops etc. Reception staff friendly. Room cleaned well. Pool bar very efficient when ran by certain member of staff.

The quality and choice of food. The miserable chefs who would only cook small batches of the one meat or one fish option meaning you stand and wait quite often. Entertainment dire. One night it was advertised but didn’t even happen. Treated again to loud disc type music which is most often playing by the pool. Not a relaxing break at all.
