Great location

Old out dated tv, add says have satellite channels they didn’t. Room was small for the price. Couldn’t open windows very far for fresh air. Frosted glass on the bedroom window didn’t make it feel very good.

Location was great. Staff were helpful. Shower was good once we worked out how to make it work.

Carpets need cleaning / replacing, it smelt really musty. Had to buy a room deodoriser.

The beds were so comfortable while the staff were nice and friendly. It was nice they thought of security and locked the doors on the crazy Friday night.

Despite the bag and utensils for breakfast being biodegradable, there weren't any recycling bins available. It felt awful having to dump everything in the bin for landfill. Such a waste...

The smell, it smelt like mold in the room you couldn’t escape the smell unfortunately. The aircon didn’t work & no heater either.

The staff were amazing and very friendly

Reception accommodated my early check-in request without charge and the room was clean and spacious. Juliet balcony was a nice touch as was the fresh air. Water was hot, shower pressure good. Overall a good 1 night stay.

As a 'wet' shaver, I'm always disappointed when the plug in the basin doesn't keep the water in. This means I have to run the tap and this is wasteful. Also, all the breakfast rubbish & discarded packaging was all put into black sacks. I hope it was being sorted and recycled somewhere 'behind the scenes', but I'm fearful it wasn't. Finally, room heating was poor. The room was too hot but at least I could open the window. Minor things but easy to address.

The cost was reasonable and the location was great. Close to restaurants and entertainment

It was a bit tired and dated. Could do with a good carpet cleaning and some painting

There was only one lift working and it was super slow.

Unable to move curtains to let in natural light. Glass has frosting on it but can see past edges to see pidgeon poo on roof outside.

The location. staff were very accommodating and nice when we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency and they refunded the rest of our money to us.

The beds were uncomfortable, The tv was to far from the beds to view. Their was a step up into the bathroom which was dangerous. Water kept coming out of the gap in the shower door even though it was closed making the floor quite wet. We could hear a patron in the level above us going to the toilet. Was overly warm in our room.

Rooms were expensive for the quality. 1 lift was broken and only 1 working which caused "traffic". We tried 2 types of rooms, the first was spacious but lacked proper furniture and looked empty and not well designed. The smaller room we moved to was stuffy and so tiny and almost fit only a bed.

The room was dated, quite dark and had a weird smell. The hotel is in need of investment.
