We really enjoyed our stay at Anna‘s place. The room wasn’t very spacious but clean and had a little fridge and a (very old but still functioning) fan. Great breakfast, great pool area. Around 20 mins drive to Lucca. Most of all we really loved Anna who is a great host.

Place is quite out of town, Anna the owner is great, breakfast was lovely.
No aircon room was so hot and we didn't go in the height of summer.

The rooms correspond to the description, clean, tidy.
Access to the accommodation is very difficult. No directional signs and it is not clear where to enter. The landlady artificially played a very sweet, but uncommunicative and very arrogant. Water in the refrigerator (in 0.33l bottles)
according to the hosts, it is a bar product for which the guests should pay, although almost all accommodations provide free drinking water as a sign of hospitality. Advertised good breakfasts are ordinary breakfasts provided by 3-star hotels, nothing exceptional. There are not even normal glasses in the rooms, only disposable plastic ones.

The mattress was quite hard for us.
The breakfast was minimal.
WiFi is weak so if you need it, you are not going to be happy.

The warm welcome, ancient but beautifully restored house, and tranquil location made this a wonderful place to stay. Our hostess was so kind and gracious. It was a spectacular time. Thank you!

Relais Victoria was exactly what you imagine a quaint Tuscan villa to be. A beautifully refurbished home with history and so many personal touches, Anna truly makes this stay feel like a home away from home. The room was perfect and very clean, including the bathroom, and everything is incredibly well kept and beautifully decorated to an authentic villa style. The common spaces have such an air of comfort, and the outdoor garden is the perfect space to just sit and take in the peaceful sounds of the countryside.

Quiet toscan country side, perfect to relax, rest by the sparkling clean pool, cool down in the rooms naturally fresh thanks to those thick ancient walls. Generous buffet style breakfast served by lovely Anna, the attentive owner, who's friendly yet discreet (try her homemade cakes). Classy authentic toscan villa that exceeded our expectations, and is even environmentally conscious! Great value for money and location to explore beautiful Lucca. And the carpark is shaded!

- The location, it is very quiet and beautiful.
- Owner Ana is very dear, she made us coffee every day, we could drink it outside and enjoy the beautiful garden.
- About 15 minutes from the center of Florence
- It takes a long time for hot water to come, if it comes at all.
- Just sweet things for breakfast.

The property was exactly as described. Anna was absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and very peaceful. The pool was lovely and we had space to come and go as we pleased. We really enjoyed our stay here, couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We had a pleasent stay. The House itself and the garden/pool area is great. Also nicly prepared breakfast. Nothing fancy but homemade and good. The owners gave us good recomondations whenever we had a question. We would come back anytime.
Rooms are a bit oldfashioned. But more important they are clean and comfortable. There are no restaurants in the direct neighbourhood, but the City Center of Lucca is just a 5-10min Drive. 😊

Kindness of the 2 hosts, beauty of the location, realx and comfort. It was an amazing staying that i honestly and deeply suggest to everybody pass by Lucca and wants to experience a relaxing vacation in a traditional accommodation.
