I have booked it 30 minutes before arrival (21.30)and even though the system was closed for payment we have got a very clean comfortable room. In the morning without booking diverse breakfast was served. I could even park my car at the place of the staff for overnight. It was an super experience!

I was very comfortable during my stay at the hotel, and although I had to take a taxi at 3am, I was able to move to the airport safely.

The rooms are clean, the staff is nice
Quite old bathroom. The shower end had some cracks in the plastic. Was working perfectly but a replacement would be in order.

We were moved to hotel Cristal which belongs to same owner so my comments cannot be to hotel Alpha, but to hotel Cristal.

It is nicely located when drinving next/through to Nurenburg. It is in small village. Breakfast ok, served all what is needed but nothing extra.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Since I was arriving after hours they call me and gave me all the instructions. The room was comfortable and very clean.
The location is ideal for people flying from Nürnberg.
Unfortunately the room isn't isolated enough and the planes don't stop at night.

The hotel is located in the north of the city having access to underground/subway transport very near. It’s a simple and cost-effective option, in particular when you are travelling for business purposes.
There are only a few parking lots available nearby. The hotel is mainly based on self-service with limited attention by the reception desk.

It was a quiet place sadly didn’t get to use all facilities offered due to my late arrival time but I enjoyed the stay the price was great for such a last minute booking the room was a nice one person room
The info book was helpful but for turning in keys when there’s no staff is a little confusing I could have missed an actual key drop box but I just put the key in the mailbox maybe a clear spot when the desk is not staffed and closed would be good
