The cleanliness is for sure the best asset.

The bathrooms are very small and difficult to use. The flexibility of the property which has shown to be less than desirable. I was denied half an hour after the requested leaving time (10.00 a.m. while other hotel have 12.00)

Clean, breakfast and location.

At the beginning couldn't sleep because of the noises other clients did and you could easily hear it. Apart of that, it was good. The room could have been a little bit bigger.

great location! close to the beach and centre. also close to go to other cities like varrazza. staff were so friendly.

even though the hotel is in a dead end street, i felt it was still noisy. have to point out me and my husband were the only one from the family who heard the train and people talking outside, so perhaps we just have very good ears ;)

I appreciated the kindness of the family running the hotel.

A mini-fridge in the room would be helpful.

Breakfast was very nice, fresh bakery and plenty choices. Location ideal, elevator available, 5 minutes from the beach and very nice staff

Noisy room neighbors who would go in the corridor to speak loudly on their mobile or to argue. Nothing about the hotel, just unlucky neighbouring experience

The hotel was located off the main road and a 10 minute walk from the beach. It was in a very quiet area, I had such a good night's sleep every single night. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend it.
