El apartamento en sí, estuvimos muy cómodos , lo utilizamos como base de excursiones por Bélgica y está situado bastante bien par esto. Se aparca facilísimo

O espaço era agradável e amplo, e a localização era perto de transportes públicos e do centro de Leuven.
O chuveiro tinha problemas de drenagem, tendo inundado a casa de banho. Entrei em contacto com o dono que disse que iria tratar do assunto no dia seguinte, mas nada ficou resolvido, tendo a casa de banho inundado de novo ao tomar banho.

The flat was in a good location to reach the centre of Leuven, only 5 minutes by bus (bus stop is right in front of the flat) or a 30 minutes walk. The room, especially the bathroom, was big and in general the room was quite well equipped (except for spoons, only one available). Very nice terrace. Value for money is excellent considering the season and prices in the area. On Sunday mornings there is a market right in front of the building, but the room was still extremely quiet.
The cleaning lady came knocking at 8 a.m. on the day of check-out to find out when we would vacate the flat, despite the fact that check-out is scheduled until 11 a.m. An e-mail request in the days before would have been more appropriate.

the room was big and comfortable and clean when first arrived. the Wi-Fi worked well.
apparently for short staying cleaning is not included. There is no stuff in the building.

Very clean room, all of the necessary amenities were provided. Very convenient kitchenette. Easy check in, responsive staff when an issue with the shower arose.
The wifi quality was terrible, it was impossible to hold a call without cutting off every 3 minutes. Tested with 2 laptops and one phone, all of the devices had the same issue so it wasn't me but the network.

Workers are friendly and helpful! Price quality and borrowing bikes excellent. Many positive things about the place.
İssue with water temperature and heating in the room. Heating might have been broken, it was too hot even though I was turning it off. Not possible to take a hot shower, water remains at the edge... Somewhat loud street.

the only decent place to stay in Leueven among all the apart hotels here!!!
exceptional cleanliness, good future, nice bed and even memory foam pillow( I was so happy about it because of my constant neck pain). also kitchen with all the amenities-so happy. so I would 100% recommended this apart-hotel for my friends and will come back soon again.

Margriet, my point of correspondence was super helpful and informative. I needed to extend my stay and she ensured that the process went smoothly. The room was being cleaned routinely and the location was optimal.
The window was slanted so it doesn't let in a lot of light and it needed cleaning a little bit around the edges. Also, the WiFi connection is not very stable and you lose connection often. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The place is well located, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette had everything what was needed. Good for several days of stay.
The water was weirdly "fat" and the bath tube was stucked.

Almost everything was out of the order, we spent time writing a landlord.

Efficient self-service. Bike provision was very helpful for moving around the city. The common areas were regularly cleaned. The host respond to messages fast.
The front desk (with a small distance) was most of the time closed. The fastest way to reach the host was via message/email.

I stayed for 4 nights and there was no way to throw away the trash (no daily cleaning). As I used the kitchen, the room smelled weird after two days due to poor ventilation and the trash problem. also towel smells weird.

Excellenet location, close to the old historical center of the town, and the University. I had a very good contact of the responsible person, very kind and polite. The neighborhood is beautiful, calm and safe, with supermarkets, restaurants and brasseries. The appartment was clean with all the amenities, the ideal place for someone to work.

The location is nearby the market.
And the facility is also complete, you can cook and wish the clothes yourself.

The location was good, pretty close the to city centre. It was also very peaceful so you had a good night’s sleep. They staff I did encounter were very friendly.
It would be nice to be told which wifi to use, there were a few Boardhousing Wi-FI to choose from when connected and I had to try each one before I got to the one that was correct. So, perhaps put on the pamphlet which wifi to connect to.
I also didn’t like the hard pillow, perhaps put one hard and one soft pillow.
There were a couple of times where the electrics just went off; the lights, TV, all got disconnected a few times for about 3 mins and then came back on again. I was also working for a few days and it did happen on one of the day I was working.
The aircon in my room wasn’t working. I was on the top floor and it was pretty warm and the room was quite hot, but least I could open the windows, but I didn’t want to keep it open during the night as the morning noise would wake me up, so having the aircon working would have been nice.

The apartment was very nice and clean, big enough and with everything you need for a short staying. The area is very nice, on Sunday there is a beautiful market in the square where the apartment is located
The water of the shower should definitey be more hot... It is hot for some seconds, then it is just lukewarm.
We stayed for one week and they did not provide cleaning (their rules) but it was not the best as we were traveling with our baby girl
