It was dirty. The beds were awful and in bad condition. Everything was broke or so dirty that you won't touch it.

The Haus was perfect for a family and we were happy for that. It is 10 minutes walk from Europa park, this was even more helpful.

Uncomplicated, warm and friendly welcome, large, well equipped and bright apartment. Thank you!!!

The flat was unlocked with the keys on the door, because of our late arrival, which was very handy. Possibility to sit and eat outside the flat, just next to the kitchen. Walking distance to a local bakery / coffee shop.

Dusty (the fan was just COATED with dust) and a general impression of uncleanliness, certainly because of "greasy" floors (certainly due to cleaning product). VERY uncomfortable beds. Pillows and quilts seemed to be cheap ones (synthetic fibre) : they were just way too uncomfortable and warm ! Doors to the shower cabin did not close properly making the bathroom floor quite wet. Disrepaired chairs in the kitchen. Found unpacked food in the fridge (assumed it was left by previous guests).
