My friend and I arrived at the hotel at 1:50 pm, I believe check in is at 2. No one was available to help us with our bags, so we carried them in. We were then given a cart to wheel the bags to our room. The front desk lady called housekeeping to see if the room was ready and she didn't answer the call so we were instructed to wait at the bar until 2:15 and then they gave us room keys. The view from our rooms sucked as all you could pretty much see were commercial cranes and some kind of industrial factory along with a little sea in between. The room was okay. The balcony is miniscule, there is not enough room for a single chair, its basically cosmetic. They have an underground parking lot which is extremely tight, if u have a mid sized car you're pretty much screwed. Outside the hotel there is an outdoor theater that had shows every night while we there so there was alot of noise. Directly across the street from the hotel is a municipal parking lot with graffiti and garbage. Breakfast was adequate nothing great. What really pissed me off is that hotel management instructs the cleaning lady to leave 1 large and 1 small towel in the bathroom when there is only 1 occupant, whereas there were 2 large and 2 small towels when I got there, extremely cheap and very stupid and low class. I dont understand how this hotel is considered 4 stars. No pool. I booked 5 nights and I wanted to leave after the 2nd night but I couldn't get a refund so I stuck it out for 5 nights. Volos sucks and this hotel sucks.
