Great holiday We love the staff i cant recommend them highly enough we are both disabled & they went way beyond what could be expected of them its a HUGE THANK YOU from us The food was great good selection I..I personally dont like buffets & we did eat out at night but i did have a look at the Evening selection & all seemed to be lovely all in all although I rooms were kept spotless by the lovely maids

My dislikes were the rooms could be doing with a revamp a chair would have been appreciated as most disabled prefer to sit on chairs my wi fi connection kept going down also could do with chair lift down into pool area we both struggled on the steps these are small issues but would certainly make a differance to disabled clients but excellent holiday & greatfull for all your kindness & would certainly RETURN

Everything including the staff. They all went out of their way to meet our needs. From the reception staff to the waiters & waitresses Brilliant will definitely go back

A bit noisy, late into the early hours of the morning. And we were on the 7th floor!! But didn’t spoil the holiday, I guess one cant control people who have had too much to drink

Friendly staff very welcoming. Great location short walk to the beach and local bars, pubs and clubs Pool area very spacious and clean. Great for the kids or just to chill and unwind Hotel entertainment every night, not always great but something to do with the family

All inclusive buffet not very appetising.. variety but not great taste. Same most days Issues with plumbing meant that on occasions there was no water pressure or no hot water at all. When the taps run first thing at times water would appear brown and cloudy.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, Siam water park and the beachfront. The staff were very friendly and our room was always clean.

The facilities were poor (gym had very old equipment, sauna was basic, worn out table tennis set in the basement etc.). There were a lot of add-ons too, e.g. you had to pay €7 a day for wifi, a deposit to use air conditioning/ the tv in your room, €2 a day for an umbrella around the pool etc. Lastly, the food and drink in the all inclusive was average, very repetitive and not many choices for vegetarian / vegan / gluten free etc.

I liked that every day there were attractions for children and also for adults. The all inclusive option was very good with delicious meals and drinks. I will definitely come back here again.

I have no objections, I liked everything.

clean rooms, pleasant staff, nice sun deck that gets sun all day, reasonable AI food selection.

layout was bit strange, with hot tub (not working due to covid), but located down straits away from pool, whilst sauna also some way from pool area. one heated pool was still pretty cold, but this was Feb, but could have been warmer….

Pool area was good. All inclusive drinks were great value for money. Staff were excellent

Beds were quite hard and had ro pay for WiFi €3 per day and not strong enough to use around the pool area

The restaurants and pools were fantastic. The rooms were spacious.

On the day of check out reception accused one of our groups of damaging a television in room 519 and refused to return our bags. We had photographs verifying the television was fine. We believe the hotel was trying to rip us off.

The hotel was very clean and our apartment was larger than expected with a simple design and great sea view. all staff were exceptional and friendly they also made sure everyone was kept safe and reminded guests of face mask rules when walking about indoors in restaurant and when going to bar for service. Staff also adhered to face masks at all times. Hand sanitiser was also provided. We felt very safe during our stay. Thankyou for a lovely holiday I can’t wait to return.

The bed was too firm for my liking but the sofa bed was very comfortable.

good location, big room, helpful and friendly staff, delicious food, there was always fish and often other seafood

the hotel was very central to everything and it was always kept very clean

didn’t like the fact that we had to pay 7 euros a day for WiFi 2 euros a day for mattresses for sun bed also 2 euros a day for parasols this is always included in all other hotels I have stayed in

Drinks not the best, but ok for what you pay

Lovely location

We had a lovely few days away here - reception staff were lovely as were the bar staff couldn’t fault them they were so helpful

All inclusive drinks quite limited only one beer/lager and no fizz! Otherwise great

The food was good, though limited selection, it was tasty and reasonable quality. The rooms were spacious. The pool was nice. I liked having a set dining table.

Being charged a deposit for the remote controls. Being charged for wifi. Being charged to use a safety deposit box. The hotel was not cheap and these things are standard in hotels of a similar price in other locations.

Super friendly staff. Very good food, specially breakfast. Nice pool. The location was near the beach. Diving centers near by.

Safe box not included in the price. Brand spirits not ncluded in the "all inclusive". Didnt have pool towells not even for rent. In our room we only have a trash bin in the toilet.

good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks. in a studio with plenty of space.

lumpy pillows and mattresses, no mattresses on sunbeds, not many umbrellas for shade. reserving sunbeds for the day after.

Staff was amazing, very nice and friendly, food was just amazing, so many choices, they had the best chefs. It was just perfect, for a very good price we got more than we expected. We will go back 100% .

The furniture was a bit old but they compensated with other things.
