- Awesome view to the Fjord - Excellent customer service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful - Good dinner and breakfast - They let us get early check-in without extra charge - The sauna is private/you rent it for you a certain hour (only for you and the nice view)

- The rooms are a little small if you are traveling with your dog. - At late night we were cold and since they didn’t have extra blankets in the room, we went to reception to ask for one but it was closed. But, there was a sign saying that you can call to xxx phone number if you need anything, which we did, but they said it was closed… so we didn’t understood then why you offer a phone number if you are not going to help with that…. Finally we slept with clothes 😅

The staff and owners were extremely helpful. We had gotten down from the fjell hiking, and were picked up from there to the hotel in car with no charge. They also washed all of our clothing for free, and were attentive enough not to put our wool socks in the dryer. We ate the three-course dinner, and we were left satiated in mind and stomach. Great design hotel with original features and a magnificent picturesque view from the rooom

We enjoyed our stay, good location, very polite and helpful staff. View of the lake and mountains was amazing. Breakfast was very good and nicely done.

The hotel has an amazing view worth all the money. The architecture and the location of the hotel make it a perfect place to relax and disconnect. If you are lucky to get a room with a view of the valley, you will not want to leave it. The staff was very friendly and nice to us. We had a great 3 course dinner and a very nice breakfast. You can park right in front of the hotel and then walk/bike around the lake and the village.

The hotel definitely needs an overall renovation. The guests can still appreciate the design and the overall vibe of this place, but it all needs a revival before going into decay. The furniture, carpets, windows, bathroom could use a refreshment. There are not many options to eat out or do stuff in the village.

The location and view, the food was exceptional and service helpful and friendly.
