Small room, no sea view even tough we booked and payed extra the room was small and the staff not really friendly. Breakfast was vers basic

Fabulous breakfast, very nice and friendly and infromative staff, we were able to enter to the not-yet-opened-rooftop and enjoy the view. Hotel made possible to have drinks and snack on the rooftop from the bar below.

Rooftop bar was not opened yet. We were allowed to be on the rooftop but we had to order the beverages and snacks from the bar below, carry them upstairs and then of course return them. It was all fine, yet a bit dissapointing.

I loved the restaurant, great fish, seafood and pizza. Location near wonderful cove to swim but many steps down, was a great stay. Shower and stall could be updated

Nice location, parking is near the hotel. Great options is to go to the beach. If you want to visit Cinque Terre also good connection.

Way to expensive for the interior of the hotel. Definitely renovation would be needed in the bathroom and hallways. Restaurant is renovated and lovely. Also great food on the rooftop bar.

The position of the hotel is very convenient to the sea, as it is a short walk to stairs leading down to Fiascherino Beach. The half-pension option is also convenient, as there are no other restaurants in walking distance. Dining on the terrace is a delight!

The hotel is rather run down, particularly on the hotel room floors, and needs a new interior paint job and replacement of worn carpets and cabinets.

The staff were all very nice and polite. The room was comfy and I ended up with a balcony even though I didn't ask for one. The view from the balcony was lovely. Breakfast is the usual continental, but if you have more than 1 coffee you will be charged for it

Although the power of the shower was good it was only a single tray with a curtain around it, so as soon as you turn the shower on the curtain tries to wrap itself around you, making it difficult to enjoy the shower. Either add poles to the front corners of the curtain pole or better still replace the curtain with a sliding door panel. One thing to bear in mind is that although there is a gorgeous coastline, which is what drew to the area, you can't get to most of it as there are either private beaches linked to hotels or the military are have taken it over

the restaurant service associated with the hotel is great, great personnel, great food the location is near two different beach accesses, but they are not for the hotel (there is a small discount, if you find a spot ... you better book in advance by yourself at Fiascherino beach)

The hotel staff stated we could find service at the beach, but in August you need to book well in advance, and that was not mentioned or suggested. We ended up not going to the beach for two days because there was no way to have access to it. Beaches are small, so it is not that you can go at 7 am in the morning to find a spot in the free beach ...
