El sauna fue lo único jajajajajaja

Que no avía frigobar en mi habitación ni horno para el precio no lo vale, el agua de la alberca fría no prendían la calefacción, no me dejaban café ni agua y te hacen caras si las pides hasta te quieren cobrar el agua, Juan un mesero me dio café Gracias Juan los meseros se sienten bien fifis jajajajajaja caen mal su atención está pésimo que no tengamos buffet solo algunos por el precio es ilógico la carta carísima precios de fifis la limpieza en la habitacion bien también la señorita me regaló agua porque moría de sed y no te dan ni un vaso de agua en el restaurante te lo cobra, pusieron agua en el lobby pero para mí mala suerte no limpiaron bien el dispensador y salia lleno de leche no lavaron bien la boquilla no se porque tienen distintivo H si el agua está así no quiero imaginarme como trabaja cocina, NO VUELVO... LASTIMA QUE ESTA CADENA QUE TANTO ME GUSTABA DE MAL NOMBRE A LAS DEMAS QUE SI TIENEN BUENA ATENCION Y MAS COSAS EN LA HABITACION COMO UN FRIGOBAR, DE PREMIUM BO TIENEN NADA NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, el desayuno estuvo delicioso al 100%. Me gustó mucho el hotel!!! Sin duda regresaría!!!

Las almohadas no eran cómodas.

The bar fridge was missing from the room.. Toilet blocked up both days Shower head was blocked and leaked badly No washers provided for shower or sink Room keys stopped working on second day and had to get them replaced

in general the rooms and facilities are old they might look fine in the pictures but reality is different it doesn’t worth the price, rooms look like a motel

The room with city view is too hot. Also, the air conditioner works slowly.

this is not a international 5 star hotel and no one speaks English other than the bar man
