The location is too central. You are in the heart of the oldtown within a few minutes. It is kind of family business so they try to help us a lot. The rooms are convenient.
It might be a good idea to put tea/coffee facilities in rooms. If it is not possible, it can be organized in the lobby part because the hotel has a nice place to sit and relax. The hotel send customers to City Walk restaurant for breakfast, and it is 4 euros. I think you can try the burek shop across the hotel.

Very cozy and clean, I felt comfortable.
The only issue was the acoustic of the wall, it needs to be more insulated to prevent the voice from being transferred between rooms.

We had other accommodation booked that was cancelled on the day so this was a very last minute booking.
We arrived late at night and we're given a room on the top floor. The room was spacious and the bathroom neat enough with the usual issue of no where to put things in the shower.
The staff were lovely but this place needs to get the basics right.
There seemed to be a lot of dust/wood bits dropping on the bed from the roof beams and the floor very squeaky. The carpet looks like the original even though other elements of the room have been updated.
The main issue was that there were no curtains/blinds????? There was a sky light and a side window which only had a mesh cover, how could they think this was ever ok for a hotel room.
After our late arrival we were woken at 5am due to light.
We asked to change rooms the next morning and were initially put in a smaller room with double bed against the wall, but it had no aircon. And was very warm and stuffy. We asked for a fan at least as this room had curtains, instead they moved us to a third room which had aircon but again, only one window had a curtain that was more than gauze.
We gave up at this point and used the bed cover to cover the window.
Also this hotel doesn't do breakfast but apparently have a deal with a nearby hotel for €12 (expensive in these parts).

It was perfect

Location was great as it was at the doorstep of Bash Charshija. It was clean and staff was helpful.
They forgot to give us 2 bed covers and as the reception does not work 24 hours we could not get an additional one for the first night. The flooring is full carpet which is not hygienically the best option, but it seemed clean. We were on the second floor and the attic rooms were not that comfortable. No proper window to open.

Great staff and location, very clean and cozy.

Breakfast is not in the hotel but in a bistro nearby. We didn't know that and it starts at 9 o'clock what is quite late for beginning of the sightseeing day. Location is more than perfect, rooms are clean and stuff is nice. Cost performance is good.
Heating was not functioning properly.

The location is a 10/10!
Very small and airless rooms.

The photos and reality are totally different. Very disappointed. Reception smells of smoking and bad odour, but apparently is non smoking hotel. For the price we paid you would expect wow factor. The place need complete refurbishment and put some light in the place its very dark and dangerous no rails on the stairs i can go on and on no point the owners know very well that their hotel is not as advertised. The only good thing about it is location but there ao many beautiful places that you can stay at around Bistrik and pay less. Shame to write such a bad review but hope they will improve for their future. We are not going back there.

The location is great.
A little fridge in the room would have been nice. Plus I thought parking was free which it is not. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor and almost caused me to fall off.

This Hotel is located in e perfect place and you can have access in every direction of the city.
The parking options would be better to be included on the hotel price (i.e. like the breakfast)

The location is perfect, just around the corner from everywhere you want to see. We stayed an extra night because we couldn't see everything we wanted to in one day. There are many places to eat around the hotel from snack places to quite fine dining. There is a tram stop pretty close by so you don't need a car to stay here.
Just a warning on breakfast options, firstly breakfast is not served in the hotel and secondly, there is no vegetarian option.

Serving breakfast in the hotel was suspended due to C-19 restrictions, instead, they provide vouchers which can be used in a nearby bistro serving decent breakfast. One of the rooms had some plumbing issues, but not overly annoying (some leakage) – otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and the location is unbeatable!
The leakage, mentioned, but there was nothing indeed.

Excellent location - short walk to tram stop and Old Town sights. For a budget hotel the room was a good size, very clean and had a good range of facilities, my room was at the rear of the hotel and so was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English
Not really a complaint but there was no hotel name outside the building so keep a look out for the No 24 wall plaque outside
